I called the Patti's Pearls website to inquire if a particular item was in stock or on backorder. Nikki was so pleasant and helpful. She got right on it and called me back as soon as possible to let me know they had one left in stock. I ordered it right away; she was so very gracious. I appreciated her timely call back to me. Keep up the good work!

I came across Patti's Pearls via Youtube videos with tips for taking care of synthetic wigs. So much great information, I decided to purchase my next wig through them. I need international shipping, and the pricing was way too high. So I contacted them about whether the international shipping could be reduced. They replied that to my country there was indeed a more reasonable fee!

I continue to order through Patti's Pearls because the customer service is great. The shipping is prompt, email response to any questions or concerns is always prompt and polite. There are a lot of places on the internet to purchase wigs, but I don't even look anymore. My last purchase was from the clearance section, saving me a great deal of money for a truly lovely wig.

In this day and age of content, you will find a great deal of content right on Patti's Pearls website about specific wigs, colors, wig care, and "sister wigs" -- alternate wigs that are similar.

I recently called for information on a certain hair piece. As usual, the person who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful. I have purchased a piece from Patti's Pearls before and was treated professionally and kindly.

I called late in the evening to ask about payment options. (and late though it was, the call was still answered) I spoke with Ginger and she outlined everything I needed to know. I ordered this afternoon and the woman who took my call was polite and cheerful. I have ordered from Patti's before, so I knew what to expect. They have good people there.

They have amazing customer service. I was trying to place an order and I didn't understand why I was getting charged a lot more money for the one wig I ordered. I was very frustrated and I called customer service and the customer service woman could hear my frustration and she was able to calm me down and assured me that she could find what was happening and she was so calm with me and very patient. She found what I was doing wrong. I felt so bad about what I did and she assured me that is why she is there to help me. I got off the phone in such a good mood because she was so reassuring to me. And you rarely find customer service people who treat you with respect. Keep up the good job.

Patti's Pearls has wonderful customer service as it takes a very hands-on approach. They follow up on any issue, even when an issue is not raised by the customer! They truly value the customer.

Wigs By Patti's Pearls has excellent, prompt and kind customer service!

I have purchased several wigs from them and most recently, one of my wigs was on backorder. Since it wouldn't arrive in time for when I needed it, I asked them to cancel my order and issue me a refund. The order was cancelled per my instructions and was done promptly. My refund was issued to my payment source faster than I anticipated.

I have had an extremely good experience with wigs by PATTIS PEARLS, I purchased a wig which I loved but because my head is small it didn’t fit well, I returned the wig with no problems and ordered a new wig in petite. The young lady I spoke with was very sweet and helpful.

I can recommend purchasing from this wig company. Wigs by Patti’s Pearls has always accommodated me until I was satisfied with my wig purchase. It is noteworthy, though, that this company will charge a $25.00 handling fee on the second return and all returns thereafter.

This company is really the best and its customer service is very friendly, professional and helpful! You always get a clear answer to your questions. Returns are also easy to make and refunds are processed in a timely manner back to your method of payment or in a form of a credit store (if you choice this option) . The website is very well done, you will find videos and tips to assist you.
