I absolutely love Pattis Pearls and everyone I have dealt with when ordering. They are all so quick to respond and always willing to help.

Out of all the online wig retailers, this is the one I feel most comfortable buying from (and is, in fact, my preferred retailer!) Any time I've reached out to them, they've gone above and beyond for me, and have treated me with respect and kindness. Their points program is an added bonus. Their prices and policies are fair. I wholeheartedly recommend this company/website to anyone considering online wig shopping.

I really wanted to make this retailer my go to. Their customer service is pretty good, and I love Patti's passion for her work. Their return policies are simply cost prohibitive. When one is ordering something personal such as a hairpiece, especially when new at it, there should be more flexibility with returns. One observation regarding my order - it seemed to come directly from the manufacturer rather than form the actual retailer, which may have something to do with the return policy. There are other reputable retailers with customer service that is just as good that offer better return policies as well as prices.

Outstanding customer service! Excellent support and timely responses! I recently moved into a new development and there some issues with validating our new address. Nikki reached out immediately regarding my order and was able to handle the shipping issue without any fuss. Outstanding experience!!

11/18/21 ordered wig. recd email from nikki stating color disc. inquired if there was comparable color. she sent me photos of 2 swatches. i picked one (i order dk blonde/ brown wigs). the wig i recd was red hair. informed nikki her comment"i am sorry to hear that it did not work out for you. you can definitely exchange or return this piece". requested exchange. few weeks later rec'd notice from ups that package had been delivered on front porch. there was no package. called pp spoke with anastasia. she said she would research. when i did not hear from her called ups directly. i provided my address was told that was not the address on the package. requested address info so i can retrieve my wig. advised that only sender can get that info. i paid $28l.65 but can't get the address? check invoice again notice wrong house number. such a house number does not exist. how could ups deliver it on the front porch of non-existent house. waited to contact pp due to holidays. informed by nikki that things are probably delayed because of said holidays. spoke with anastasia last week. she informed me ellen wille had been contacted. the folks there must have forgotten to do anything. pp would call them back. she also informed me that pp is only the middle man the perception being that they have nothing to do with this (in other words we are doing you this favor but it's really your problem). my response pp was on the invoice and that's who got my money. now it's ellen wille's fault and my tough luck. never again!!!!...sadly it takes this kind of a review to motivate action...thank you for the resolution but as previously stated will never do business with your company again...

Every aspect of placing, modifying, returning (due to UPS shipping, not Patti’s end), and receiving my order has been such a pleasure. I’ve spoken with several representatives from Patti’s and they have all done their best to make my experiences pleasurable. They have gone over and above what customer reps normally do.
Have every confidence you will be treated like a valued customer when going through Patti’s.

Truly blown away by my amazing experience with Patti's staff. I have watched her videos but never reached out to order, I am planning on firming up my order by the end of this week, however I did want to add Special mentions to: - the Customer Care Consultants who were AWESOME for taking the time to provide me with specific and customized suggestions on what color would best suit me. I was happily surprised to receive a response back in less than 24hrs!! This is a remarkable service that is offered :-)
I would also like to rave about my experience with Anastasia B- Marketing/ Customer Service !!. This lovely lady was a delight, truly charming and easy to talk with. She took the time to answer my many questions about the different customizations. The manager, Ginger even reached out to personally check on me. So unusual for a manager to take the time for this. Her actions have made such a positive influence on the Customer Service staff.
In a day and age where technology is mainstream it is refreshing to have dealt with them both! I have thanked them for their help, but I wanted to thank Patti for having them. They represent your company very well.

I can't say enough about the customer service I received from Patti's Pearls. I have ordered several wigs from Patti's over the years and the people are so friendly and helpful and get back to you so quickly. I live in Canada and I have put my trust fully in them to get the wig to me the best way and cost effective way possible. I have ordered the wig Orchid by Estetica in Vanilla Macchiato twice now and I absolutely love it. It is so light and the lace cap is amazing. I have received more compliments on this wig than any of my previous ones. Patti's Wigs is where I will be placing all future orders and the customer service is #1!! Kathy

I wish I had known about Patti's Pearls years ago! I have worn a wig for 40 years. This is the first time I bought a wig from Patti's Pearls and the experience was amazing! Each time I called, a real person answered the phone and answered my questions with expertise. This real person was friendly and understood my questions because she, too, wears a wig! The process - choosing a color and ordering a wig - were incredibly easy. I will definitely do this all over again when I need to order my next wig. Thank you, Patti's Pearls, for a top-notch business to help those of us who need to wear wigs.

I ordered my first wig from Pattis Pearls but returned it immediately because I did not like it and it did not fit. It actually ended up costing me the $25.00 return fee, the $8.95 shipping fee and my shipping fee of $8.50 to return it, a total of $42.45 to try out their wig. I feel their Shipping
charge of $8.95 is part of doing business. I misunderstood that it would not be refunded back to me, I thought it was referring to my Shipping Charge to return the wig. I would not order another wig from Pattis Pearl in the future.

This company is simply AMAZING.
They have top of the line merchandise and the discounts are great.
The staff is knowledgeable. They will work hard to resolve a problem or a foreseen conflict.
I am very happy with this company. I will never buy anyplace else.
I am writing this review because I want other people to experience the superior service, fast shipping, great communication, savings and above all the I want people to know that you can trust this company.
This is my second time that I am buying from them. Contact them now. You will never regret to have made this phone call because I did not regret it either.

I purchased Raquel Welch Boost from the Clearance section. The wig was already 43% off the regular price as a result of being on clearance. Then with the 40% off coupon for Independence Day, it made the price of the wig too good to pass up even though I'd never ordered the color of glazed mocha. The wig arrived in less than a week, perfectly boxed, and in perfect condition. I love this sassy little wig in a color a little lighter than my other wigs--glazed mocha. I love the color! The highlights, root coloring, color at back/nape of the wig are all fabulous. Have received numerous compliments already. I could not be happier. Really!

I ordered Gabor Soft Romance in Sugared Pewter. When it arrived it was very thin on top so that some wefts showed. After talking with Ginger at Patti's Pearls I decided to return it for store credit. The entire process was easy and she even had the return department get me the RMA information so I could ship the wig out before the holidays. How cool was that? I look forward to selecting a replacement once my return arrives and is inspected. Don't hesitate to shop here. Customer service rocks!!

Warning!!! Patti's Pearls does not stand by their merchandise. I recently re-ordered a hair piece topper that I have purchased many times before from PP. I like the topper very much but the last one I ordered on June 15th buckles and does not lay flat on my forehead. I tried wetting the piece and also tried "It Stays" glue but it still does not lay flat. Clearly, there was a problem with the lace front on this piece. When I called Patti's Pearls, they suggested I try to steam it and indicated there was nothing they could do since I had already worn the top piece and it was past the 20 day return window. It had been just 24 days since I placed my order. I have previously ordered 6-8 of the exact top piece with no problems so it is not lack of knowledge or experience causing the issue. I do NOT recommend ordering from this company.

Ginger went out of her way to contact the manufacturer on a holiday weekend. She sent me updates as she received information. I never expected such great communication & customer service.

I started wearing a wig several years ago due to alopecia. It was a difficult time for me. I found videos on YouTube by Patti Joyce, of Patti's Pearls. She taught me all I know about how to choose, wear, and care for wigs. She made my situation so much easier. Then I found her website. It's full of quality wigs and products. If I have a problem or question, sometimes I call the store. Patti's team is very knowledgeable. And they couldn't be nicer. Patti's Pearls is great. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
