Took a sentimental family item and created a beautiful, bespoke bracelet that my wife loves. Attentive to what was needed, tried multiple options and gave really great service.

I cannot thank James and his jewellery designer enough for the service they have provided.
I had a bespoke pendant made using mine and my late husband's wedding rings.
The whole process was so easy, even when making difficult decisions as those pieces of jewellery were so precious to me, James kept me informed at every stage and understood what I wanted to achieve.
I now have a beautiful unique pendant that I can wear everyday, that is so full of memories and meaning.
If you are thinking of having a special piece designed, or want to repurpose old pieces you no longer wear, head to Wilcox and Carter, I would 100% recommend it!

I ordered two lovely items from Wilcox and Carter. I was kept up to date with the purchase at every stage. The parcel arrived, well packaged. The jewellery was packed in a pretty little bag inside a white box. In addition, enclosed were two beautiful white and gold bags to give to my friends.
Great service - would definitely use them again!

I bought a Nomination charm from Wilcox and Carter as a gift for my daughter. I bought it well in advance-as a Christmas gift- she was thrilled with it as it had special significance for us both. Unfortunately, after not much wear the charm mechanism broke. I contacted W&C immediately. They have gone above and beyond to source an exact replacement-not easy as Nomination long longer stock this charm. We had almost given up hope that a replacement could be found. W&C phoned me on my mobile yesterday evening to say they had found and sent a new charm. It arrived safely today. Absolutely perfect. Can’t thank them enough for the time and effort to making one girl very happy.

I recently went to have a operation on my hand, I managed to get all the rings off bar one. The surgeon wouldn't operate until I had got this ring off. The surgeon tired everything bar cutting my finger off. He told me I had to go and get the ring cut off, and he would wait. I ran round to Wilcox,,& Carter, James was alone in the shop, I ask him if he could cut the ring off, to which he replied I was to go back in about a hour. When I explained the surgeon was waiting for me, he did it there and then,. He was very gentle considering my finger was the size of a balloon, when he got it off, he then informed me it was the first time he had ever cut a ring off. Well done James.

Please spread the word, Wilcox and Carter Boston sell Pandora! There is a lovely selection in store but if what you like isn't there the staff are more than willing to order it in for you. Prices and products all the same as Pandora only shops, but the friendly service and help is the winner at Wilcox and Carter.
After recently joining the Pandora club, I was gifted the charm bracelet and bangle which was unfortunately too big. My family didn't realise Wilcox and Carter sold Pandora and ordered online. I thought I'd try to see if Wilcox and Carter would help me to find out what size I'd need to re order in the thought I'd have to return direct. But the gentleman (Possibly James) went beyond that and exchanged both bracelets in store, with no complaint! This meant I could wear and enjoy my special birthday gifts straight away. Myself and other family members will be sure to return soon to purchase more Pandora from Wilcox and Carter. So please spread the word that we have a lovely shop in Boston who will not only sell you Pandora but other stunning jewellery with 5 star customer service!

My wife had a pandora charm to exchange ,from a pandora shop in Peterborough , where she had purchased the charm for our daughter, James was kindly enough to exchange the charm for another one at the same price , in stead off us having to travel back to Peterborough from boston. Both myself and my wife appreciate the kindness/helpfulness James showed us in this gesture and if it wasnt for him and his staff, we would have to go back to Peterborough. I therefore once again wish to give our appreciation to James for his kindness/helpfulness in him . Both my self and my wife would shop at wilcox & carter again . Very nice very helpful brilliant

Greatly impressed with the service I received when purchasing a bracelet. When my initial online order was found to be out of stock they offered to email me links to other bracelets which were in stock which was really useful in helping me select a different one and they posted it the next day. Well where do I start???

I went in with a product in mind but I knew I would be that awkward customer (I did openly admit it too) as I wanted my purchase to be just perfect!
I told the staff that I was after a charm bracelet and was guided towards a Nomination/Pandora bracelet. I'm not going to lie, I was a little deflated at this as this didn't match what I had in mind and not overly keen on them.
So, the staff went out there way to get the brand I was interested in from out the back. However, once looking at the brand (I had my heart set on), I was instantly disappointed once seeing it in the flesh.
However, after talking with James about what I wanted from the product, I was once again guided towards the Nomination brand. After I put down the barriers and looked at them with an open mind, I was pleasantly surprised.

I didn't just leave with one bracelet but two!!!

James's product knowledge, patience and customer service is impeccable. He not only put my mind at ease but I now can't wait to see the look on my children's faces on Christmas morning.
I also look forward to shopping with Wilcox and Carter in the future.

We wanted to express how fantastic the customer service is in this family run business nothing has ever come close elsewhere to how we were treated with such caring and expert service. We bought an engagement ring but it needed to go back in for alterations the communication from James was brilliant he kept us updated all through the process and it was returned to us and was perfectly presented. James should be proud of the service he gives customers.
