Having bought a beautiful watch at Wilcox and Carter Jewellers I had no hesitation in taking my wedding ring and signet into James for re-sizing. The results are outstanding and I felt that I was handed back brand new items. The service was second to none and I had every confidence that the work would be first class. I was not disappointed. Having previously had a heirloom ring sized and a diamond replaced for my daughter previously, I had no hesitation to take my three most precious rings (wedding, eternity and an additional diamond ring) all to be sized, re rhodiumed and to be back on my hand as soon as possible, back to them.

Unbelievable customer service! After not being able to get my necklace to me in time for a wedding ( due to being let down themselves) they went above and beyond! Ringing round and searching the internet to find me one in my area that I could pick up! Bearing in mind that I’m in Manchester miles away from Boston!!! Well true to his word he did just that and I collect it! This really made my day! So thoughtful! He just made it happen! Like I say above and beyond!!! Thanks so much!!

What can I say, well words fail me. When I asked about engraving they said they couldnt do it on the bracelet. I sent a picture of the bracelet with the initials I wanted for a 60th brthday gift. Well James said he could do it. He even contacted me when he was out of the country. Nothing was an issue. When completed a picture was sent it was beautiful. My friend loved it. It brought tears to my eyes.

Amazing service. I messaged over the bank holiday weekend to ask about stock of a specific item. Despite being closed, they checked their stock and had the item I wanted. They even put it to one side for me to collect when I could. The service was quick, easy and professional. I will be returning.
