We were very lucky to meet the Williams Group team in Maidstone. Very welcoming and cheerful people, patient ( they waited for us 2 hours overtime to come from Southend and they missed their family dinner:))) and helpful. The whole process took 2 hours ( financial application included). The car ( BMW 7 series ) was pristine and the lowest price on the market. Special thanks to Scott and good luck on the new path! Thank you guys and we hope we’ll see you again!

Not the best experience by a country mile. When you are parting with your hard-earned cash (no finance) you like to receive a warm welcome (NOPE), feel your business is appreciated (NOPE), and you're getting a great deal (NOPE). The whole thing felt rushed, clinical, and cold. The mention of even £25 knocked off was met with disdain and contempt - HOW DARE I ASK! I felt like that brown smelly stuff on her shoe for asking. They then banged on about GAP insurance, extended warranties, paint coatings, etc. – bizarrely getting me to sign several forms to say i didn't want any of it. Standard 'warranty' is a paltry 30 days not the normal 3 months. When I questioned that was very short, I was told the rules had changed, so they now give the bare minimum legal cover - great service... I think not. I bought a 2018 BMW 430i for my wife 2 weeks ago in Northampton. It was the opposite of this, being warm, friendly, professional, £250 off asking & 6 months warranty. A great deal. Williams is the car equivalent of shopping at Aldi - bare minimum product, get you out quickly with as little interaction as possible.

Back they called me back next morning booked an appointment took the car for a test drive. Jaz really great asset to the company. Got in touch with me kept me up to date not over selling anything to me. And now I’ve got the motor I’ve always wanted well pleased thanks again personal thanks to Jaz

Brilliant to deal with and very informative if i had any queries. Stress free and a professional group to deal with which results in a seamless purchase. Most importantly the car was as described and flawless to date. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

The team at Williams Group were a pleasure to deal with from the outset. I initially met Adam for the initial viewing. He answered any questions I had and had a very relaxed approach, no pressure applied whatsoever. I then managed to agree a deal for the car with Adam which I was very pleased with and therefore left a deposit. I then dealt with Alex over the course of a week or two whilst trying to resolve an issue with the service history on my old car. Again, Alex was very understanding and patient whilst I tried to sort things out. No pressure from him either. I then dealt with Tracey to sort out payments and paperwork etc. Tracey was wonderful to deal with again very calm an relaxed whilst we dealt with resolving payment issues, even arranging a lift home with Sanjay for me to complete the process at home after some initial banking trouble. I can't fault the service I received from the whole team who made the whole process as stress free as it could have been given the problems that seemed to crop up at every turn. I would definitely recommend Williams Group to my friends and family if they were considering a new car. Many thanks all!!!

I purchased a 350d Mercedes from the Williams Group, I was approximately 500 miles from them so had to spend an additional £4-500 for us to get flights trains etc. We were picked up from the local train station and driven by Russell to pick the car up.

When we arrived the car was well presented and had 1/4 tank of fuel ready to go, there was no hard sell or pressure we were given time to look around the vehicle and Russell answered every question we had.

For me it was a big risk to drive a £27k car back to Scotland not knowing anything about this garage previously but I would have no hesitation in recommending them first class service and car is as sweet as a nut.

Chris is a g helped me with everything extremely quick and got me my dream car!

Bought two previous cars from The Williams Group so went back again, this time Jaz helped me select a great car and after some negotiations left a deposit to secure the car and arranged to collect on the 1st September. However two days after I had a medical emergency which has left me requiring surgery. I got in contact with Jaz and explained my situation, he immediately offered to refund my deposit which has been done. I have agreed that when I have recovered I will return and purchase a new car from him. I can not recommend them enough and their personal touch puts them above anywhere else. I would personally like to thank Jaz and The Williams group and will look forward to returning soon to buy a new car.

Very thorough friendly and efficient service! The car I bought was as expected and all seems good so far. Alex in the office was very helpful and patient as I got a little stuck getting to the branch. The whole process seemed easy and non stress.
Only one niggle the car was not very well cleaned inside that would be my one issue it’s minor but just expected it to be more like new inside and it was a little dirty.
