I have been using the company for a while now and from the start I have been very pleased with how I have been treated.

3m Power Up reel has gone wrong, for the 3rd time in 8 months, twice the relay has failed and now the belt has broken. Called on Monday to arrange for collection and belt replacement, originally told it was return to base at my expense. Eventually they agreed to accept the cost of return via the manufacturer.
After 3 days of frustrating phone calls I called the manufacturer and the issue of collecting the reel was sorted in 4 minutes. I would buy a reel again as the manufacturer was really good, The jury is out on Window Cleaning Warehouse as their customer service is very poor in this instance.
Very disappointed with Window Cleaning Warehouse. ( they refuse to let me talk to a director about the issue).
The good point with Window Clearing Warehouse if they called to apologise. Hopefully this will be noted and service will improve.

I think that you could save a lot of money from your packaging there is no need for the packaging in one case I ordered some replacement rubber and it came in a box that you could of put a bettamax video recorder in rather than just a jiffy envelope
