Delivery was a fast as expected. Packaging was more that suitable as usually from other online stores I receive boxes way too big, a silly thing really but means a lot to me.

I recently placed an order for a range of wine kits and winemaking supplies, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The selection of kits is fantastic—great value for producing quality wines at home. Everything arrived well-packaged and exactly as expected.
A special mention to Wendy and the customer service team—when one of my kits was unexpectedly out of stock, they reached out promptly with a solution, offering a replacement or refund. It’s refreshing to see such proactive and friendly service!
