Delivery was a fast as expected. Packaging was more that suitable as usually from other online stores I receive boxes way too big, a silly thing really but means a lot to me.

Hi Elena, your order was placed on Thursday 1st May at 4.40pm and was dispatched the next day (2nd May) you paid for next day delivery and with it getting dispatched on a Friday this meant delivery would be the next working day which is the Monday, however it was a Bank Holiday Monday and therefore would be delivered the next Business day which was today, I checked the tracking number which was also sent to you and (Tuesday) delivery was attempted but no answer as signature required so will be attempted again tomorrow. When ordering next day delivery it clearly stated orders are to be placed before 11am for same day dispatch and that delivery is Business working days only, Monday-Friday and this does not include weekends or Bank Holidays. I can be contacted anytime and a dispatch form was sent to the email that you provided with details of how to contact me and I have had no contact from yourself. I will of course check your account to check that your parcel has been delivered.
****UPDATE******Parcel was delivered on Wednesday 7th and signed for by customer at 11.25am***********
