Delivery was a fast as expected. Packaging was more that suitable as usually from other online stores I receive boxes way too big, a silly thing really but means a lot to me.

Hi Roddy, Thanks for the review, I have checked the tracking number that was sent to you, and nothing is showing, so I will keep a check again in the morning, if nothing has changed then I assume it has gone missing, In the meantime you could have called/emailed me and I would have chased up, if I am not informed about a customer not getting a delivery then I cant do something about it. If nothing has changed in the morning then of course I will issue another for you.
Missold out of date products then evidence removed from website when highlighted!
Items were out of date, contacted them, they said it was “clearly shown” on listing, on site’s own review page I provided evidence showing it wasn’t… within 24 hours the listing had been removed and my negative review erased! The original issue may have been an error/misunderstanding - but to then delete the evidence and hide negative review was pretty deplorable!

Please note that the items you were bought were on the clearance page, all items are clearly stated that they are either damaged, reduced for a quick sale or out of date. No evidence has been sent to me showing this information was not Included. once items have been sold on the clearance page and are out of stock then that listing is removed, (This was done on Saturday 30th August the day after I got back from holiday) So NO evidence and negative review has been deleted. When reviews come in, they are checked and placed on the website, when I receive this review then of course I will reply and respond as I do to all reviews.
