Terrible service
Terrible service. My mother brought a car from WLMG which wasn’t working properly ( clearly the car hadn’t been checked over ) and had to returned, it has been over 3 weeks now, still no car, no updates, difficult to get through to anyone by phone, I am discussed by their attitude and wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

Excellent, recently purchased an ex demonstrator Alfa Romeo Stelvio vehicle from Reading alfa. Found Daniel Osuhor (sales executive) very helpful and genuinely understood my needs and concerns. Being in sales myself it was a good buying experience. Finance was sorted easily and collection was smooth and all went to plan. Love the car and feel it reflects the fair market value.

WLMG team at Reading, brilliant service.
Kevin and his colleagues at WLMG Reading saved the day for me. I Recently took my 2011 Jeep GC in for a few well overdue factory recalls, the system threw out a few more issues that had been hiding in the background and the system went into limp mode. They worked for a long time to get the system cleared and returned my Jeep to me in better than before condition and kept me informed along the way.
Thank you again so much for your help, really the best experience I have had with any car issues.

I am going through getting a mobility car with eastcoat and have had a bad time with one person saying one thing and then another first I was told they could deliver then I was told no then I was told I could pick up Friday then told Monday but this has put me out as I sold my car expecting to pick up Friday as I am due to go to my best mates house to honer he son that was buried two weeks ago so it has cost me a great deal of money to cancel the flowers I was taking also feel bad I can not make it. When I tried to explain this to David he did not listen to me spoke over me and just put the phone down on ne this has left me fuming and has affected my mental health making my depression and anxiety bad I even sent a message for someone to call and I'm still waiting hope Monday goes smooth but could do with car Friday not happy with David as he shows no respect for people

Avoid! These guys dont refund your deposit
Went for a test drive of an MG ZS EV, had to pay a £100 refundable deposit which seems to be the norm in some dealerships.
We didn't like the car, so requested the deposit back. Its been nearly a month and it hasn't been refunded yet. They keep making excuses, rearely respond to emails or phone calls. First they said, they couldn't refund back to the credit card I paid with, so I provided bank account and sort code, but even after having given nearly 2 weeks ago, I'm yet to see my money back!
So, please avoid this place!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
Before I purchased my Fiat 500 the salesman I spoke to was polite and keen to get me to buy. I was promised mats and a full tank of petrol. Seemed like a great deal to me. However, as soon as I transferred the money for my vehicle, I received little contact. I was keen to pick up my new car so I arranged a time with the salesman. I arrived and waited 20 minutes for him to even turn up. He turned up and didn’t even apologise for being late.
He handed me the keys (not before trying to charge me again for tax which was already included in the sales price) and said ‘there’s 100 miles in the tank’ as if I thought that was a full tank! I did not receive the mats that were promised either. WLMG ‘famous for keeping their promises’ didn’t actually keep to any of their promises! I then had to chase up my own mats about 2 or 3 times as no one seemed to know what they were doing and nothing was organised for me.
Furthermore, the salesman failed to tell me that Fiats do not come with any tyre repair kits such as a jack to change a tyre. When I queried this with the staff after I got a flat tyre, they were sullen and rude. They did not apologise that they did not inform me of this. I had wasted 24 hours trying to get a replacement tyre, but if I knew this previously I would have prepared and bought a spare tyre or repair kit.
It does not end there however. I then needed a replacement instrument for a broken RPM dial, which was promised to be covered under warranty. I brought my car in to be looked at and was promised that someone would call me to arrange a time for me to drop in my car once the new part had been ordered. I waited two weeks before I decided to call and chase up. I was promised that the parts people would call and follow up with me. Surprise, they didn’t. After not being contacted AGAIN, I was then told that this part was not even ordered and no one knew anything about it. I was promised that someone would get in touch with me about this straight away. 7 days later I still had not heard...I phoned up again and the part had STILL not been ordered. I have again been promised a phone call but I do not expect to get one...day by day I get closer to the end of my warranty which makes me slightly suspicious.
If you want a garage that does not care about you or the customer service they give and just want your money then visit this garage. Otherwise, stay WELL CLEAR.

Alfa Romeo QV - Reading
Purchased a Alfa Romeo Mito QV from WLMG with help from Daniel. Daniel was fantastic help throughout and when the car was collected it looked brand new, despite being a 4 and a half year old car. I was really impressed with the service that I received and have signed up to their service plan as I am confident that I will continue to get great service from them with them looking after my Mito.

I had very bad experience with wlmg in ruislip. I paid for 3 services when I bought my diesel car. The engine oil was never changed. It was always the top up which was well above the level. Staff was not very friendly aswell.

The were able to get my car in for a service really quickly. Everything was explained to me and the set price is always great. They finished the service within 2 hours and then gave it a wash. I love the attention to detail with the video that sent by email afterwards.

I had the worst used car experience…
I had the worst used car experience purchase ever! I went to Wlmg Eastcote due to recommendation and paid for the vehicle on 29th April 2017, after complications with log book availability I finally picked the vehicle up on 10th May. Since then there's been a catalogue of problems with the the car from day 1. Make sure if your brief is a reliable and dependable purchase, you arrange an independent inspection. Wish I had, I'm now going to have to scrap the car as I have no confidence or trust in it. Truly disappointed with this sale from Wlmg, it has definitely not fitted the brief I explained in the showroom 😭
All issues were reported, Wlmg Eastcote will have all the records on file. Due to one catastrophic failure in December '18, I eventually raised a complaint to Kia UK. They finally agreed a repair under warranty in April '19. Having had the car back 3 months from August of that year, intermittent power steering failures occurred. It then took until Feb '20 to determine the cause of the problem. If you refer to my communications with Wlmg, you will see the complete history 😣

I'd like to say a massive thanks to Kevin Rickhard at Eastcot Wlmg for his time and patience, although Kevin deals with MG cars, he also dealt with me purchasing my Kia Venga Kevin took his time out to help set up my Bluetooth in my car so my mobile would work as I'm not that great with gadgets! My Kia it's an absolute delight to drive. And had a lovey curtsey call from Kevin to see how I was getting on with my new purchase 😃 I'd recommend WLMG at Eastcot great team! Impeccable service
I bought a car from WLMG Reading two and a half years ago and to begin with I was not impressed with the service department. However, following the arrival of Kevin as the After Sales Manager, the standard has improved beyond recognition and now the quality of service is superb.
