Horrible service, AVOID this company, Placed an order in mid of November 2017 for a chandelier n painting both showing in stock n delivery in 10 days. I got n email after a couple of days that the painting is not in stock n will deliver be available n delivered in JAN 2018, then got an email saying chandelier is damaged n delivery is delay . They messed abt with the chandelier delivery I got it finally in Jan 2018. Till date havent received the painting chasing them for it .Since november i have called them 20 + times chasing for my order . Really doggy operators apparently general manager peter picks up some customer service calls assures you it would be sorted but nothing happens, AVOID this company

I was desperate for bedroom furniture to be delivered before visitors arrived. Woodpecker pulled out all the stops and delivered exactly as they promised - very happy customer!

Excellent furniture, extremely helpful sales office, exemplary care and professional assembly of large number of pieces furniture on delivery- cannot fault. Eager to help in any way- would definitely use again- actually I have !

I was happy with the chest of drawers I bought from Woodpecker Interiors. I found their "reduced" prices were rather ambitious (a bit overpriced for what is being offered). I am pleased with my purchase. They do have original pieces on their site.

I found my furniture on Woodpecker's website, but needed to ask a couple of questions, so called them. The young lady could not have been more helpful. Order placed with ease, delivery made on time, with a warning phone call 30 minutes before delivery. The 2 delivery men were charming, not the usual unhappy, unhelpful types at all. They unwrapped the 2 items, placed them in position, cleared & removed the packaging & left with the same cheery disposition. Certainly 5 star service all the way through. Glad to recommend to friends.

Seamless purchase. Easy website and payment page to navigate around. Delivered when said. Great product. Good delivery team. What more can you ask for?? Would recommend to anybody.

Lovely product at a great price. Delivery took a little bit longer than I had expected - but was really happy with my mirror when it arrived

I purchased a wicker dog bed for my two labradors with the idea that I might purchase another one if I was satisfied with the product. Its a lovely size for my two dogs which is a great bonus. Whereas the product was not faulty, I was slightly disappointed with the overall quality of the product. To be honest, I should have returned it, but I didn't. However, when I received an email asking me to review the item, I thought I should be honest. However, they seem like a lovely company and were helpful when I was ordering the dog bed.

Unfortunately my goods were damaged in transit but Woodpecker let me know straight away and quickly arranged a replacement. The new product was delivered in time for Christmas

Ordered 2 products and they are both superb, great quality and they where well packaged and delivered in great time. Superb website with loads and loads of great items.
The delivery company used by woodpecker ‘Right and direct’ where excellent, kept me informed all the way through and the two guys where so friendly, considerate and very helpful. They even insisted on staying to open the products and check with me for any damages ect.
I will be using woodpecker again and would highly recommend them. Well done woodpecker interiors.

Easy ordering system and was kept to date with delivery by text messages and telephone calls by driver when there was a problem with traffic.

I would recommend this company as the goods ordered were beautiful and delivered by their own company staff Mick and J. The company organised to bring a sample of the furniture so we could view it before purchase by Mick who was kind, thoughtful and very helpful and an asset to the company. Paul the sales manager has been courteous and professional too ensuring customer satisfaction. We are delighted and thank you so much.

Paul and the team were extremely helpful - the item I purchased was as described and was assembled on delivery. They even accomodated delivery times as best as they could! I would absolutely recommend and should I require any additional items I would definitely purchase through Woodpecker interiors again.

Company was easy to deal with and helpful. The floor lamp was good quality and was well protected in transit.
