Failed Promises by Woodworm
I have tried to contact Woodworm several times in the last week by phone and email and no phone call returned as requested!!! You send emails asking if customers need help and will contact us but then you don't follow up on your promises. Appallingly customer service. Please rectify this?

I bought the ibat gloves and 625 pads
I bought the ibat gloves and 625 pads. the service was great got them next working day. I haven't had chance use them yet so i can only comment on how the look and feel.The gloves are low cost but plenty good enough for club cricket, I prefer a little less padding for dexterity but these will still offer good protection, they look and feel good but the non poteted thumb is a little long though.I am very impressed with the pads at the price point, lightweight (1.6Kg), again are going to give good protection, look well made and will resist some inclement weather due to the material. The middle strap is a little long (usual) but I just put some velsro tape on the pad to fix this and stop a it flapping loose, I am happy with the price and quality
