My order didn't arrive - had to chase it and am now waiting for a refund

I ordered 2 pairs of batting gloves ....never had woodworm gloves before but my daughters first bat was woodworm and she did well with it. The gloves are for 2 of my sons for Christmas and I'm sure they won't be disappointed. They were delivered quickly, no messing, no problems.

I have purchased a cricket bag and ‘spring back’ stumps for my grandsons. The website was easy to access and clear. The response was rapid and delivery quick. The goods were well packaged and appear to be of good quality.

After my first purchase, I just keep coming back for more, never disappointed, sizes are realistic, delivery times great, price and quality put others to shame.

OK the purchase was good but the only thing I was concerned about when I clicked pay the screen vanished and just said you basket is empty and that's all. I didn't get a confirmation number or email for about two days.

That aside the service is usually great and the products good value so would happily recommend but maybe look at that point of sale communication.

We did not receive these shirts- I asked where they were was told they could not get an answer and had left a message ---no they didn't so asked for them to be delivered on the Wednesday = waited in all day -nothing
contacted them again and was told they were unable to deliver and the delivery firm sent them back.. How can you use a delivery company that do that- asked for my money back ...still waiting

I've had so called 'quality branded products' before, but felt let down by the 'big companies' and what they actually offer. This time I went for Woodworm because I liked the company story and I wanted to support a homegrown family run style business. I have to say for the price the quality is brilliant and the customer service has been awesome. I am a brand convert for sure.
