Odin absolutely loved the hard tea pot in this months box. He loves the hard toys very much. He always knows when it’s his package that is delivered and can’t wait to try the simple ingredient treats. These boxes have been such a great deal as replacing toys can get expensive! Thank you

Dogs are absolutely in love with woof pack! I have a strong chewer and the durability and quality of the toys makes them last. I also love the simple and wholesome ingredients for the treats and getting the extra chew was a great add -on for my other guy that isn't big into toys, but loves treats! It's a win win! Also, their customer service response is amazing, you can tell the employees really care about their customers. Thanks woof pack - you make our fur babies tails keep wagging!

My Jimmy absolutely goes crazy for his woof boxes. He’s an extreme chewer so I get the very hard toys for him. He still has the very first toy he received and still going strong with it.

I’ve had great success with customer service. I’ve complained about the plastic bags inside the stuffed toys as i have all ages and dispositions of dogs and I don’t want to be sticking my hands inside a dog’s mouth when they’re known biters or their scared and I don’t want to scare them more. And customer service was very helpful. Same with the hard rubber toys that were destroyed in under 5 minutes. The last box had 3 toys, 4 treats- which were loved, but all 3 toys were destroyed in under 15 minutes. The only problem i have is paying just about $90 for that little of product which lasts less time than the treats do. I could walk into a store and buy the exact things and pay less than half what I pay for the boxes Ive received.

It’s our 3rd or 4th box and my pup just loves the toys and the treats! He gets impatient when I open the box!

We absolutely love woofpack both the plushies and durable toys are great and our dog storm cannot get enough of them. We love the treats are all single ingredient natural treats!

Terrible subscription box and a waste of money.

I was getting BarkBox for the exact same price (including the conversions from usd to cad) and unfortunately the US company is better. I wanted to like Woof Pack as it's Canadian, but if I were to ever go back to getting a subscription box again, I'll be going back to BarkBox. 10000000%

I've seen other reviews stating they cant get out of their subscription, im trying to get out of mine.

First off, the toys are terrible quality. Either hard plastic that can chip and break teeth or something of carnival quality stuffed toys.

Secondly, customer service is awful. I received 2 boxes and I wanted out. I emailed after my February box and thought I didnt have it anymore. Turns out they'll charge me but I won't receive a box for the following months. The website says delivered, but I didn't get the products.

Thirdly, the price for the box is ridiculous for the products you get. One of the biggest reasons I wanted to cancel was the price. As soon as I opened my 2nd box, I priced out everything from other sites or general prices. The toys were maybe worth 10 to 15 dollars, the extra chew, I pay 5 dollars for, usually sits around 2 dollars (i jave a medium dog and usually the chews are way too small), and treats are probably around 20 dollars. Literally not worth the price. Let alone the express shipping for 10 dollars. I didnt ask for express shipping, and I get charged on the 10th, and it wont ship out to me until the 18th, I dont get the box (if it even gets delivered) until the 25 to the 30th of the month.

Im over this subscription and I will not recommend it to anyone.

My doggo absolutely loves receiving his Woof Pack box every time. The toys and treats are perfectly curated. Everytime I've had a question customer service gets back to me in a timely manner with positive solutions and greetings. Woof Pack is great!

I signed up for woofpack after my bark box subscription ran out because I wanted to support a Canadian company. I loved bark box they always had a great variety of tough toys and were reasonably priced.

Woof box on the other hand is more expensive and their toys are literally Styrofoam wrapped in fabric. My dogs ripped through them with one bite. When I tried to cancel after the first month they denied me saying they would let me try to tough toy pack which was just hard plastic that literally chipped my dogs tooth. I said no this didn't work, my dogs hate the treats they won't eat them and one of the bags came to us full of mold. They wouldnt cancel my subscription and they charged me the next month for the tough toy pack even though I told them it did not work. I emailed AGAIN saying to cancel or refund me that month because why am I paying more for a service that I hate after asking for a refund. They stopped replying and now I just have to get shitty toys that a chihuahua could rip through for the next 9 months. I feel like they are holding me hostage and everytime the box gets delivered I get more pissed off. Do not waste your time.

There was a shipping problem that they corrected in a timely fashion with understanding and very professional response.

Woof Pack’s customer service is friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful with any questions or issues. My dogs absolutely love the box as well. They look forward to a new toy and treats.

My dog and I love Woof Pack! The squeaky toys are really cute and the treats are unique and evidently very tasty. The customer service staff are excellent, adjusting our orders as needed. They reply promptly, with patience and kindness. They deserve A+!! I've recommended Woof Pack to all of Trixie's friends.

Love the monthly boxes, and both of our dogs absolutely love the treats and have lots of fun with the toys. Each month is a surprise and I let the dogs select which toy they want to play with. And then the zoomies and full on play happens!
