While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I've just set up the WorkCast Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration, and I'm genuinely impressed by how straightforward it was. While I've been using WorkCast for some time and know the platform well, I was still apprehensive about connecting it to our CRM - these types of integrations can be notoriously complex.
I reached out to our account manager for guidance, expecting a lengthy setup process. She walked me through it, but honestly, the whole thing took just a few minutes. Within moments, all our event data appeared in Dynamics 365, including the critical metrics we need: engagement scores and minutes viewed for each attendee.
The real test came when I ran my first live event after enabling the integration. Everything synced perfectly - all the attendee data, engagement metrics, and activity records appeared in Dynamics automatically.
I've been on so many webinars recently but this was a totally different experience. It looked amazing and even worked when I had to leave the offiice and transfer viewing the webinar to my phone.
Can't even handle virtual open day traffic. The team at WorkCast either has a naivety or an ignorance problem. It shows a distinct lack of quality and/or experience when you are unable to handle the requests of more than expected user numbers. What was the process that you went through when you decided how many server resources to give to the Bristol Open day event? We are in the middle of a pandemic for Christ's sake. It does not take a team of geniuses to realise that you are going to see vastly increased demand for a webinar such as this. Thoroughly disappointed with both the Uni for choosing a service as poor as this as well as the service itself.

The site couldn't handle the traffic going to a University Open day, so stopped allowing access even to people who had signed up. If their servers aren't capable of supporting the number of people that sign up to an event, they need to restrict the numbers that can sign up in the first place.
[Update]
Once logged on to the site, although slow to load pages, it seemed a good and well thought out site.
Have raised the rating accordingly.

Slides do not update automatically: I have to leave and rejoin the seminar between each slide.
The image quality of the presenter's shared screen is so poor, that I cannot read the texts !
This has ruined the seminar for me.
The audio was reasonably understandable.

Really unimpressed with this webinar platform. I used it for the first time today to chair a webinar that had several speakers.
Despite having a fast internet access the platform was extremely sluggish, taking around 5 seconds to send chat messages and open questions.
The worst was that it simply threw out 2 of the speakers multiple times for no apparent reason.
I’d avoid workcast like the plague.
very professional and well organised and calm with complex client requirements

Can't fault the attitude or delivery from the WorkCast team. It was a demanding project, with international participants and a quick turnaround. All the team were supportive and positive throughout and we look forward to the next Webinar with them.

Just dipping a toe in the water for creating my own webinars - I've been speaker for a number of live/on-demand webinars with other organizations. Very helpful nuts-n-bolts suggestions - thanks!

Wonderful customer service, always quick to respond to questions, and very patient with a new user, such as myself. The managed/monitored options are very helpful , as is the personalized templates. Also like the online resources available. Finally, once you get the hang of it, the platform is very user friendly and reliable.
