Professional, helpful and flexible webinar company

WorkCast were professional, helpful and flexible as we embarked on our first series of webinars as a small volunteer-run charity with little previous experience of webinars! The webinars enabled us to share advice and expertise to a far wider range of people than we can achieve with face to face training and the MP4 recordings form a very valuable ongoing resource.

I love everything about WorkCast

I love pretty much everything about WorkCast. The user experience, ease-of-use, customer service, support, and performance are all outstanding. I rarely have trouble with this webinar platform, and when I do, it's usually resolved within the day. Compared to the last webinar platform I used, WorkCast has been a life-saver and a time-saver. If you're looking for a new webinar platform, you'll find WorkCast has everything you need, and if it doesn't, they are very accommodating to help you either find a workaround or implement what you need for your business to thrive. I have never felt like "just another customer" to WorkCast. Everyone I've worked with is very personable and friendly.

On the whole the service is good

We have worked with Workcast for several years now, using their managed events service (we do very few self-service events).

On the whole the service is good - our account manager is very responsive and quick to help; the events team are good at checking availability/booking in, helping with registration page builds/approval and event set-up generally; the integration and experience team have been very helpful when we've looked at integrating the reg page with our website and updating templates.

We have had a few issues in the past, usually with event set-up - incorrect slides uploaded, log-in details not provided/not working, sound quality - but these have always been investigated quickly, fixed where possible, and processes have been updated since, so feedback is always taken on board.

Overall, we are satisfied with the service that we receive and will continue to use the Workcast platform for the foreseeable future.

Great service!

I was up against tight deadlines, and needed WorkCast to provide edits for my recordings, and they managed to send everything to me as requested and on time! The editor was really accommodating, and the service they provided was amazing! I would not hesitate using their services again!

Best webinar platform service I've worked with

Very easy platform with more than five stars' worth of service. Staff have been very helpful and the platform is straightforward and very manageable. I've never had such pleasure working with a team who are so helpful and so customer-oriented. I can't wait to work with them again and will definitely recommend them to other colleagues.

We have worked with the team at…Broker Network

We have worked with the team at Workcast for three live broadcasts over the last 12 months and I cannot fault their service. The onsite team always make our presenters feel calm and in control which is a huge comfort when broadcasting to over 400 businesses.

Very pleased with system and customer service

PSNC has been using WorkCast for several years now and we have found the support provided excellent. The system itself has been regularly updated and improved, meaning we are confident that it utilises the most up-to-date technology. We would (and have) recommended WorkCast to other businesses.

Update UX and dial in numbers

The UX is not friendly or intuitive. We were confused at times how to go about the site.

Our customer base and speakers are from APAC. I am surprised that we do not have dial in numbers for speakers matured markets like Singapore or India. We are advised to use the US or UK number which has deterred speakers.

Support has been helpful and prompt.

Our events were successful and the team…

Our events were successful and the team at Workcast are fantastic. There were a couple of little things which stopped me giving 5 stars which are not necessarily down to WC, but we have already addressed these and will make our events even better for next time. I would definately recommend Workcast to all.
