We booked Helsinki V Aberdeen trip and was first class service from booking team to our time in Helsinki. Hotel, VIP tickets for match including pre-match meal which included a visit from the Helsinki CEO to tell us about club. Five star experience

Great service throughout booking process and received all documents as promised.
Fantastic trip (Barcelona v Resl Betis) with good, well located accommodation.

The information concerning the individual segments of this trip were well explained in advance. After the initial welcome meeting it was clear where we were going and what we were doing. The group trip guides Tangye and Tia were bundles of fun and truly professional in their approach. The drivers were very knowledgeable about the road network helping to be kept on schedule. My son and I recently attended the last PSG match in Paris, which was organised by World Choice Sports and what an amazing and unforgettable experience!! Everything was brilliant from start to finish. Communication was excellent and we received the match tickets well in advance of our departure, which I know from experience was in itself a rare and fantastic thing. We stayed in a lovely hotel in a gorgeous area of Paris too. I’ve been on many football breaks in the past with other companies and I’ll certainly be using World Choice Sports from now on. Thanks for the excellent service!

From start to finish, our trip to Paris was superbly organised by Worldchoice Sports. The hotel was lovely with very friendly staff and great location for Metro access. The football experience at PSG was faultless with fantastic seats and I would highly recommend Worldchoice Sports. We'll definitely be planning another trip soon!

One of the worst companies to deal with. Took out an offer with Wowcher for London and a West End show. There was a list of hotels to choose from so looked at them, spoke to the hotels about parking provisions in relation to availability. I took the offer with World Choice Sports and straight away informed me I could not have my choice in hotel and had to choose from another list of hotels. They don’t factor in I am disabled and need a space in a room and close parking as well as a twin room, instead I am offered a double room with hotels that don’t have parking. I am going round in circles and then they wish me to upgrade tickets for the theatre to sit in the stalls. Apparently they only offer seats in the circles. Total inefficiency in factoring essentials and constantly trying to get me to take a lower hotel which is miles from where I wish to be. This company is a shambles and not tailored to the client. Really how can a hotel be full with them, but I can book direct for the same dates? I have even confirmed an alternative hotel but keep being asked what I actually want. They don’t know what they are doing very clearly. Could it be down to profits not being as lucrative hence for making up such rubbish about the hotels being booked?

Keep well clear and avoid.

NO STARS !!! Booked a theatre package, 4 Star hotel, no 4 star available so without my approval they booked me in a 2 star, would not amend or change, if I booked direct it would of cost me £289.00, they charged me £440.00

Everything handled superbly by Pat and Raj.Hotel was perfect,great tickets,three seats together for the top of the table clash between PSG and Lens....what a privilege to see Messi,and M'bappe,and both scored to add to the experience.

No due diligence to the products they are selling.
Paid for a Night away with a show in London, for my parents wedding anniversary
They could not even stay in the so called 4 * hotel as it was disgusting !!!!! had to leave the show early to go home and pay extra for taxis and trains !!!!!
NO HELP WHAT SO EVER - complaint raised AND IGNORED
The list is as follows:

* Stained carpet in several places
* Broken curtain rail
* Stained curtains
* Stained desk chair
* Threadbare and torn armchair – pillowcase left on top to try and hide it
* Stained and dirty headboard
* Threadbare bed divan
* Cracked pane of glass in window
* Completely rotten window frame
* Portable dirty air conditioning unit with hose passing through window – unable to close window
* Damaged wall in bathroom to side of sink
* Old and stained fittings in bathroom
* Peeling and flaking paint on wardrobes
* Peeling and flaking paint on bath panel
* Broken blind also unable to be closed as didn’t work
* Damage to walls in bedroom
* Dirty vent left on top of drawers
* Wi-Fi not working
* Bad decoration – items removed from walls and not repaired
* No facilities in room – no hairdryer etc as listed in website

I am currently sitting in the hotel bedroom.
I feel that I need to ask do you ever vet these hotels? If not then you should.
I am at quite a loss as to explain the dilapidated state of this hotel. I feel like I am in Fawlty Towers circa 1970. I cannot begin to explain to you the state of this room.

I really do not want to spend the night here but I have no choice. Despite the fact that it makes my skin crawl.

We do check out hotels,( IF YOU HAD YOU WOULD NOT SELL IT ) this is a 4-star hotel and we have booked many people there with no problems. ( IMPOSSIBLE )

Cranley Hotel - NOT 4 star.... Maybe 1 at a push
We booked this hotel through Wowcher. This was sold as a theatre/london hotel experience. This hotel is supposed to be a four star hotel! WOW is definitely the word. The images are self explanatory I wouldn't say this was even a one star. The air conditioned room was actually an air con unit put onto some piece of dicrepit piece of other furniture, which had no place in the room. Bathroom wasn't cleaned rubbish still in the bins. This was Room 404. other people's room, the lock didn't work. the lift as we were on the 4th floor had dirty sheets on the floor - just disgusting with a smell of damp when you went into the hotel, such a shame as I imagine a very long time ago this beautiful building would have been amazing. Surely if the state of the bed, furniture, fridge, bathroom is so bad either remove/renew the furniture or close the room off! I can't believe that Wowcher want to be associated with this type of "hotel"! Also around 30 mins by taxi to central london, where the theatre booking was.
