I booked for me and my mum to watch new zeland vs Italy in Rome we upgraded our seats and got front row. Patric was so helpful and didn’t disappoint when he said they was the best seats.
The hotel was in a great location 7 minutes waking distance to the metro which took us to all the best places to visit in Rome
The only thing I have to say is people who are flying back from Rome on an early flight the airport did not open until 4.20am so we had a little wait outside. The staff didn’t seem to rush once the doors opened.
Definitely would re book again

Friendly, helpful and genuine
Friendly, helpful and honest. We booked a long weekend in Rome for the Rugby, had zero issues. They could not have been more helpful. Will definitely use World Choice again.

Delighted then disappointed
At first the staff, Sharon and Michelle were lovely and very helpful. Going out of their way to help me but in the end I decided to purchase from another company who were more helpful.
This was because the final , male staff member that I exchanged e-mails with was abrupt and unhelpful.
Pity because his manner made me decide to take my custom elsewhere
The customer is definitely not the priority
I purchased a Silverstone package for my daughter and husband as a graduation gift for my daughter. We purchased it through Secret Escapes. The World Choice staff were helpful when I phoned them with questions, but it all fell apart when we realised on the eve of departure that the hotels they had chosen are about an hour north on the M40, practically in Birmingham. That was bad enough, but the hotel was hellish. Shabby, in these hot summer temperatures, the rooms were unbearably hot, almost dangerously so. World choice said they've used these hotels for years and never had any complaints, which I don't believe. My husband and daughter did not sleep at all the first night, and we decided they might as well spend the 2nd night at home (nearly the same distance from Silverstone and the hotel!). I phoned both Secret Escapes and World Choice to complain and ask for a refund of the hotel costs. Raj, the manager at WorldChoice, didn't seem at all concerned and in fact argued with me, trying to convince me the hotel was fine as nobody else had complained. He must have missed the lesson about customer service and pleasing your customers. I'm still waiting to get an apology and a refund, but based on the reviews below, it seems like a lot of other people are waiting for refunds from them too. I still cannot believe any company selling expensive sporting packages would put their guests in a horrible hotel 60 miles away from the venue. It indicates to me that they really haven't thought through the concept of providing a great client experience - and my personal interaction with the boss completely reinforces that. Such a shame.

these people are absolute frauds l month later still have £1900 of my money after the kiev fiasco !! theres a recurring theme with these horrible lying con artists !! after ranting and raving at them today was told ITS NOT OUR FAULT !!! they are blaming a company called stripe, told them i didnt book with them and booked with world choice so my contract is with world choice,Have taken legal advice and also spoken to radio city, liverpool echo , HOW MANY PEOPLE IN SIMILAR POSITION ? AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE !! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!!

Disgraceful lack of communication after cancelling flights to Kiev. Nearly two weeks after they cancelled, still no refund! They've had my £950 for a month.
Please do not trust this company, you will regret it.
I WOULD NEVER USE WORLD CHOICE SPORTS AGAIN.
Flight booked 11th May 2018. "E-ticket" without flight numbers received by return. Queried this. Advised by WCS that full e-ticket would be issued 7-3 days prior to departure (Dreamliner Liverpool to Kiev 26th May - Kiev to Liverpool 27th May). Text received 22/05 at 14:49 to say that WCS "will be issuing e-tickets by email no later than Thursday". Thursday 24th at 15:14 "your flight is cancelled". 25th May Mr Shay Soni stated to BBC that WCS were aware of the problem on 18th May 2018.
Why were customers not offered the option of refunds at that point? Many could then have found alternative routes to Kiev.
Refunds promised by end of this week - one week AFTER the Champions' League Final.
Total failure by WCS to deliver the service for which it charged in advance without prior confirmation of flight slot availability.
Champions League Final 2018 - A shambles
Champions League Final 2018 - misled from the start of the customer journey on booking, in regular communications when we were told that all was ok, right up until the death when flights were cancelled too late to do anything about when they had known for days that there were problems. The MD (Soni) told me (in a very belligerent manner) on the phone that he's been doing this job for years and that my questions about them putting flights on with no confirmed slots was out of order - well we now know the truth. Never use this company again.
Absolute disgrace of a company
Absolute disgrace of a company! Cancelled my partners flights with less than 48 hours notice, said they would refund in a few days via cheque which will take 7 days to clear, an absolute joke in this day and age of instant bank transfers, unable to rebook as don't have that kind of money available.
Avoid Worldchoice Sports like the plague!
disgusting company
disgusting company, hope you go out of business after what you have done.
Shambles of a company
Poor service, no updates till cancelling of plane. Appear to have lied to customers and more than happy to speak to anyone from the company.

Six nations Rome
Returned last week from a very successful 6 Nations trip to Rome. Stayed in the 4* Archimede which I could not fault and took Longside Tavera tickets.
Patrick and Kate helped make my booking and were able to answer all questions I had. Certainly no complaints about the staff. There was no pressure to upgrade but the option was there.
They even sent me a list of things to do with my etickets.
Advice for Rome - probably worth taking a 4* Hotel and taking somewhere pretty central. I had the three star Groupon package and was first offered basic hotels outside the centre. They were close to metro lines/ bus routes butI didn't want to spend all my time on public transport. Whilst it cost a bit more, I wasn't spending money on taxis and got a quality hotel.

Six Nations Trip to Rome Feb 18
Just got back from 6 nations rugby trip to Rome. We were a group of 8 and we had a thoroughly good time. The seats were good seats in the stadium. The flight and crew and check in with Titan airways could not have been better. I'd never heard of Titan before but will look them up when I'm next searching a flight👍
The hotel was old and tired but exceptionally clean and the linen and towels were great quality and changed every 2 days.
We weren't in the hotel much anyway, there was too much to see and do in Rome. The hotel was the sister hotel to the hotel D'este, which looked much nicer we were in The hotel Montreal next door and as I said it was adequate for our needs. Position is quite good 10 mins walk from the Colleseum and right by the station. All in all a great fun weekend.

Six nations trip to Rome
Went to Rome for the six nations. Hotel was clean and comfortable and minutes from Termini station so ideal for getting around Rome. I booked 24 hrs before flight out so I wasn’t on the flight list but they rang the company to confirm so only a minor delay at checkout. Good flight times. Thoroughly enjoyed myself. Would use again.

Package holiday not as advertised and very poor value.
Package holiday not as advertised, and overpriced. I could have done better and for cheaper myself compared to this travel agent. In relation to the "overpriced" claim: - We bought england vs Italy 6 nations 2018 for two people total price £278. for this we got £60 worth of rigby tickets and accomadation with a max rate when, rugby is in town, of £136 for 2 nights. This puts us out of pocket nearly £80; as we bought this through wowcher we assumed we were getting a bargain; we got the opposite. In relation to "not as advertised": on the worldchoice sports website for the package we bought the 3* hotels is supposed to be one of: Osimar, Jonico, Marc Aurelio, Laura, Scheppers, Mariano; if not available we should be contacted with an alternative (which we weren't, no contact was made regarding any alternative). We actually were provided a hotel called "Kriss Hotel" which according to trip-advisor and Expedia is a 2* hostel. The hotel official website has no informaton which would contradict this. I expect the travel agent may respond by telling us we should have used the emergency no, but this was not an emergency, this is a complaint regarding teribble value and mis-selling; we had little time in Rome and wanted to make the best of the time we had rather than spoiling the experience further spending our time on the phone. We have informed the travel agent of our issues and so far have not had any satisfactory response, in fact I woud describe the attitude so far as dismissive.

Awful company to use
Awful company to use, they put us in a supposedly 4 star hotel which had rude staff and all of our groups rooms had no hot running water and broken showers, when I complained to world choice they simply said there isn't much they can do, wouldn't reccomened to anyone your better off booking your own accommodation and tickets separately
Re the response below is complete lies, I left the bad reviews after they told me they couldnt do anything to help me! What choice did i have but to warn others of the poor service they offer, and trip advisor also has similar complaints to mine on about the hotel and service!

6 Nations - Rome 2018
Just returned from a fantastic trip to Rome. Great organisation, great tickets and England won! Flights were on time, flight attendants excellent and no queues at check in.
Would probably not stay in the same hotel as it was quite far out from the centre of Rome.
