Fast express delivery by Austpost and seller .Taom chalk received haven’t use yet . Just a suggestion to seller if could’ve pack with a small box or container would be better that just a plastic bag , luckily it didn’t crash . Thanks.

Got my cue a little over the deadline but its pandemic I understand things are delayed.
Mick is awesome great customer service. He gets back to you asap if you have any queries about your order. I'm very happy with my custom made cue it's so good love the extra weigh they added spreads very well when I break. Thanks Mick and the staff you did a marvellous service.

First cue bought from World Cue
Ordered my very first personal cue (McDermott) from World Cue. I have received my cue last week. Spent 10 hours playing pool with my new cue in the weekend - very happy with the quality of the cue, even my friends jealous me aha.
Mike has provided great customer service to me. As soon as I placed my order, Mike contacted me the next day morning regarding the customization of the cue's tip - giving me some advices on choosing the right one as well.
The cue took roughly a month to be delivered as my cue is crafted in USA and some delays due to COVID I believe. However, Mike just keeps me up-to-date.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of the cue and the customer service from Mike.
