I've had the privilege of using this company annually for several years. The only complaint I have is that my order will never go through on the website. I have always had to call. The positive side is that they have always been tremendously helpful and the cakes are awesome.

My daughter just emailed me that I shouldn't order these again because most of the petit fours were composed of fondant, and very little cake. Sorry!!!

Love, love, love the Chambord cake. I get this cake for my family’s birthdays. Everyone is a fan. I like to watch the faces of those that have never eaten it before. The look like they are in heaven.

The cookies arrived at my son in laws for his birthday and were fresh. I couldn’t bake so this seemed a good choice. They were able to expedite delivery.

i ordered something to be delivered on a specific date, it was apparently a work holiday, but no notification was given that it would not be delivered on time. they assumed the next business day would be fine, but it was not. i had to call and reschedule delivery. still have not gotten a confirmation email of the delivery date change

It was for my wife and she found it a bit dry. But I would say it was packaged pretty earlier than the delivery date and it was being carried by UPS for 2 days on the roads within state.

I first learned of this great cake service by getting a birthday cake deliver to me for my birthday. Happy surprise and good tasting cake. I sent a picture of myself to the company showing how happy I was and received a gift of $20.00 to use on my next purchase. The service is great. I recommend this company to everyone to try. Although I had a problem with the cake being delivered to the right place (at college campus) and it was broken the fact that I received my full refund makes me happy and able to trust chef Steve. I will def want to try ordering again with them maybe cookies next time. Lol

We had an issue with the delivery and the bakery quickly sent us a new cake. Service was great!

It was easy ordering a giant fortune cookie. However, the cookie arrived hot. The chocolate was melted and looked disgusting. Had to be refrigerated. I'm not sure if I will order again. Was not satisfied.

So happy, happy to have found this supplier online. My sister is far and I needed to make her birthday a special day. She loved her present so much. I will continue to purchase from this site.

excellent! delivered as promised

It tastes good but has too much sugar. You can feet it crunch between your teeth. A light dusting of powdered sugar would be much better.

My daughter loved it, well decorated and natural ingredients. It came with a box of candles that was a nice surprise. It arrived on the exact day scheduled. I appreciate the quality and timeliness of delivery.
