Glad of help in getting my service and MOT done.
I was unwell so the home collection and delivery service is much appreciated. The agent was helpful and efficient. I have yet to check on the car as I am still unwell but expect to find it in the usual good order.
I would make one point which is peculiar to me and perhaps also to other elderly clients P.ease do not pull the handbrake up to it's max. If that is done I am not strong enough to release it,and have to seek help.

From the original quote and estimate to leaving the car and picking up a replacement and finally to picking up the repaired car, Premier Autocentre was amazing. Missed my early morning slot because of a late finish at work but was fitted in & waited for my car (they knew I needed it for work). Offered a drink, updated frequently as to progress, offered a drink later, then they offered to wash it (it was a disgrace) which would be an extra 20mins, updated again.... what's not to appreciate? Daughter definitely appreciated the box of complimentary chocolates!
