Had to call out someone to look at my boiler, so thought I would give these a go as they're a local company.

Couldn't be happier with the service I received, they've been brilliant from start to finish.

Called yesterday, and got no answer (small, and very busy from what the engineer told me today), but they were back in touch very quickly, and I was put in touch with Stephen, after a brief description of the issue, and sorting out a time to come round, that was day 1 done.

So today, I get a text message to let me know Stephen is on his way, and he arrived promptly. Very polite well mannered man. He came in and took a look at the boiler, and he sorted the problem in no time at al,and explained to me what the issue was and how it was fixed (I like to know these things).
His work was very tidy as well. No mess left at all.

The invoice came through (Stephen had already given me a rough estimate of cost, which is a very competitive price), and I was pleased with how much it was, I expecting it to be more. They really have impressed.

Great service from start to finish. Fantastic price. I'll definitely use them again, and would 100% recommend.

We contacted Steve when my elderly Father's boiler would not start. He had the part in stock and gave us a quote immediately. Steve arrived on time, and got the boiler working in a couple of hours. He is friendly and polite, explained everything very clearly. My Father is very happy to have a warm house and hot water again, and we were very relieved that the problem was dealt with so quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve to anyone and he will always be our first point of call from now on.

This is a late review as I had the work done in August new boiler and 5 radiators. From start to finish I was very impressed the guys were professional and just got on with the job which having an old house threw up a few surprises which didn't faze them at all.They were recommended to me and I would be quick to recommend them to anyone that will listen.

Service was excellent, efficient engineer who sorted my boiler issue promptly. He sourced a new pcp board within a few days & was back to fit it. Work was carried out to a high standard & all areas left clean & tidy, very pleased with all work completed.

We have used 1st time fix quite a few times now and have found them excellent. New Boiler installed, new kitchen taps, leaking radiators and landlord’s gas certificate. Very professional. Highly recommend!
