Outstanding service from start to finish. I would definitely use 1st time fix again and recommend them to family and friends.
I had my boiler serviced and it needed a few new parts and this was all done at the same time so no waiting around.
I was kept up to date on when my engineer would be with me and you can track them on your phone to see how far away they are.
They are honest and do not try to rip you off.
I was really happy with the service from start to finish so thank you.

Called regarding my boiler and although no answer received a message back within a couple of minutes. Booked in to be seen in quick time, updated engineer was on his way, arrived promptly and dealt with the issue first time. Excellent service and dealt with in a timely manor, would definitely recommend.

From the online enquiry to the finished job everything went smoothly.
Needed a new boiler fitting as quickly as possible, it took less than a week for the job to be assessed, booked and completed.
