i bought 2 Chinese vases which were delivered exactly on time.
Unfortunately, the colour wasn't exactly as expected and i had to send them back. The return and refund process went without any problem and I found the staff extremely courteous and helpful. It is a pleasure to deal with 4Living.

I ordered a sideboard from 4 Living, and was pleased with their service until the point of delivery. I can't understand why they sent one man to deliver a 110kg piece of furniture. It was literally dropped out of the van and manhandled into our hallway where it was left blocking access, as he refused to bring it any further than the threshold of the front door. The box was badly damaged but thankfully the furniture inside was OK. We were forced to sign the paperwork without having a chance to inspect for damage inside despite initially refusing. I did raise the issues with 4 living directly but they did not have the courtesy to respond. Quite shocking for a £1.7k piece of furniture. I will never buy from this company again and advise others to avoid this company and look elsewhere.

The prices are competitive. I bought four Heathfield table lamps and I saved literally hundred of pounds buying from 4living.

Staff very helpful and service excellent. Pricing very competitive. Samples were delivered by return. Delivery on time. When I queried how to protect the table and what oil to use, they could not be more helpful. Always felt confident that I was dealing with a reputable company. Would highly recommend 4living.

I ordered a Ethnicraft table on Sunday via there website and on Monday received an email to say order in process and then on Tuesday told product is discontinued. I would not expect a company to take an order and your money if it is not available. Now I have to wait for a refund. It should be refunded immediately.

Really delighted with my tables and the delivery was great. They kept me informed throughout. I’ve also been talking to them about further purchases. They couldn’t be more polite or more helpful. Highly recommend this company.

I ordered a Conran Wave sideboard. The sideboard is beautiful - quite heavy but well made. We had to attach the legs in situ. Price was excellent. Communication re delivery was good (all furniture has a lead time) Delivery very good too.

Just taken delivery of Chelsea Tables - gift for my son who is 'over the moon' cannot praise the company enough, first class service throughout. Special thanks to Naomi for her part in dealing with our queries etc., such friendly advice, care & consideration. So much so, that I felt I was conversing with a friend. The tables are stunning and I am sure my son will treasure them for years to come.

I can not praise 4Living enough. I had lots of initial questions, which they answered promptly every time. The whole transaction was smooth and delivery was prompt despite Christmas and New Year. My order arrived well packaged with no damage and the delivery people where very helpful.

I’ve never bought furniture online without seeing the item first so this was a first for me. I can confidently say that I will be ordering more from 4living. Great company to deal with 😊

Best prices coupled with amazing customer service. A big thank you to Jo in customer services who was able to get me a Conran item before Christmas when John Lewis could not get a better date than the folllowing February. And excellent delivery service within central London. A true gem of a company and I cannot recommend more highly!

Very poor experience with 4 living. Despite being told that the wardrobe would be assembled for us, we are in the second day of the near impossible task of assembling a large, oak wardrobe. The fittings are better at Ikea, who I would have shopped with had I known what the experience would be. Supposedly free issue products were not provided. I would not recommend at all based on my experience. Save the money and go elsewhere.

Hannah and Naomi on the chat service were brilliant and the reason I ended up buying from 4Living. Having a real human at the other end, not an annoying Bot, is indispensable. They looked up measurements for me that weren’t displayed and that made up my mind to buy the Terence Conran bookcase. The Price Match promise was also upheld. I look forward to buying from you again.

I love the priduct but the customer sercive was mostly useless. They ignored some of my written enquiries. I will not buy again from this website.

I’d not bought furniture online before, so was a little unsure what to expect. A live chat before purchasing helped to manage my expectations and to finalise the costs, including delivery to Northern Ireland. The delivery was on schedule and the items were well packaged and arrived unmarked.

Delivery outside GB cost a little extra and I was advised that this would be a doorstep delivery only, i.e. I’d need to arrange help to carry the items inside. This was the only issue as one item was quite heavy.

Overall, I’m very happy with the customer service, but would have valued a regular delivery, particularly as my address didn’t qualify for free, two-man delivery.

I have made two purchases from 4living in the last few months and on both occasions my experience has been fantastic. I would highly recommend 4living, especially for their brilliant customer service.
