What can say about this company apart from what an amazing experience i have had, I have made three orders so far and from the first moment you place your order they go over and beyond to keep you updated, not only that, Tarek Alawiye has been fantastic! He really does go out of way to ensure you receive nothing but pure satisfaction with your order. From the moment we booked our appointment, the whole process was easy, relaxed and enjoyable. Before the day, they asked what kind of rings and styles we wanted to see, so everything was ready for us when we arrived.

During the appointment, the staff member was brilliant. He was friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy. There was no pressure to view things out of our price range and he never tried to upsell anything, which made us feel completely comfortable. Instead, they made the experience exciting and special, helping us focus on what truly felt right for us.

They kept me informed on the timeline, where the ring was on production and delivery timeframes. The ring was even ready earlier than anticipated so had communications on earlier delivery.

Holly a was very helpful choosing a last minute birthday gift. Initially, I organised to collect the jewellery in person but the team seamlessly organised Royal Mail delivery to my home address.

77 Diamonds and especially Tarek Alawiye were very easy to work with and quick to come back with what one had requested. I would recommend their company for those searching a good experience.and transparency with time needed.

Competitive prise will always be a choosing criteria; but the 5 stars experience was because of the sales person who took time to go through the entire process with me; Stefana Adamache, had the patience to give me all the possible options so that i find the best piece within my budget and still keep my personal requirements; a person with very good knowledge of sales and customer service; because of Stefana, I will choose 77 Diamonds from now on without any doubts. It was VERY difficult to communicate and try to order a engadgement ring after a purchase of the stone, They asked around 300 euro more than on the website. So we just make it by our local juwellery, more options and cheaper. The stone was not a problem, I received it relativelly quick.
