What can I say. 77 diamonds gave me world class service. Wanted to change the order half way though and without hesitation and on a sunday evening at 8pm they responded. Bijoux how i was dealing with replied to all my emails with kindness and service at the heart of them. The ring itself is beautiful. Couldn't of wished for a beautiful ring. My partner will love it and can wait to pop the question with the ring in my hand.

Im sure if I need after sales care they will be as good.

I recently returned to 77 Diamonds to replace my wife’s engagement ring and wedding ring. When I first bought them years ago, I couldn’t afford the quality I ideally wanted for her, so this time, I wanted to get it absolutely right.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The team were friendly, patient, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. They took the time to walk me through options, answer questions, and genuinely help me choose the perfect pieces.

What impressed me even more was that they later price-matched against one of their own future offers, without me even having to push for it. That kind of honesty and customer care is rare. Even though I felt the price for everything was very fair. So much so I brought some accompanying earnings to go with the set.

I left with a stunning set of jewellery that my wife absolutely loves. The difference in quality is clear, and the entire experience felt effortless and reassuring.

What an absolutely refreshing experience. The team at 77D went above and beyond at every step of my order. Customer service over the phone was always answered immediately and the help was top class. The jewelry was exactly what I was after on my journey finding the perfect engagement ring and the way you can spec your own ring to your own budget is super simple, easy, transparent and extremely good value when compared to all other high street shops.

Also, i checked all the documents and the diamond certification no. on it (using 30x magnification) and it all checked out, if anyone is doubtful!

After the order i needed a resize and we went to the London showroom for an appointment. After this the we were told 3 weeks for the resize and this date was hit, The resized ring was actually a re-mount and it was again perfect.

I couldn't recommend this company enough if you want a custom and special ring to your own specification and 10/10 customer service and aftercare!

You are guaranteed to receive a great service when you turn to 77D. I purchased the engagement ring from them and more recently a set of diamond earrings for my wife. When I want diamonds I always end up on the 77D website!

What can say about this company apart from what an amazing experience i have had, I have made three orders so far and from the first moment you place your order they go over and beyond to keep you updated, not only that, Tarek Alawiye has been fantastic! He really does go out of way to ensure you receive nothing but pure satisfaction with your order.
