I purchased a medimassager approx. 3 weeks ago for approx. $600 AU. I used it 3 times and on the 3rd time the machine did not work properly. I requested to return and get a refund, however they declined it and literally said "we cannot help you" as the window of 7 days had passed
Even if the 7 day window had passed. They sold me a faulty product and they refused to accept any responsibility. I contacted medimassager and they advised me that ubuy is not a certified seller for this product.

Extra money for nothing
I bought 2 products from Ubuy, one arrived on time, but the other one didn't. Everytime that I ask about my product they don't give me a precise answer, always asking me to wait and wait. Also I paid extra to receive my products within 3 to 6 business days, and one of them is delayed for more than 20 days without any forecasting about when it'll be delivered. Anyway, they told me that the extra money that I pay doesn't worth for products not fulfilled for Ubuy, but how could I know? This an internal issue, if the product is not fulfilled for Ubuy simply don't put this option on payment mode! I feel frustrated with them and I don't recommend them to anyone and I also will never buy from them again.
