questionable results

Bought 7, day 2 per tests following a trip. Two returned positive although no symptoms. on same day results arrived took NHS pcrs which were negative for ongoing travel. within 5 weeks the same people developed symptoms and tested positive again which I didn't think possible within this time frame. I question the validity of these original results. Still not received a response from the company after two weeks waiting.

Request the return

I booked the test kits on A1lab, and then I realised I didn’t have to book the kits for child. So I emailed A1lab to request the refund. I got the response very quick and guided you how to do the return process. The admin team people are very helpful and kindly especially Arya. 😊😊

The staff is very fast in response

The staff is very fast in response. I had placed a wrong address for my post-booking arrival COVID test and got worried if it would be changed. They sorted it immediately when i emailed them. Really appreciate the great work 👍 .

Value for Money

I am an international traveller who booked Post arrival PCR testing with All Healthcare Ltd.

I received the sample collection tools and sent my Day 2 samples to the A1 laboratory.

I received the report within 48 hours. The service is excellent and value for Money.

A1lab Highly Commendable👌

It is my first time to travel to the UK for an exam and I was required to have a PCR test.
Since I am not from the UK to make sure prior to booking, I called them to inquire about the test to have my sample be taken at the location I will be staying. I did not have a hard time to reach them from the UAE. The staff who answered was very polite and friendly. He gave me all the information I needed, plus he added more details which were really of great help. Roy and Frank were also very accommodating via email to complete my requests.
Thank you so much for making things easy-peasy for me.❤ Kudos❣
