Easy to gather and liked the security of getting test back

I have contacted VITAL clinic as I haven’t received my PCR result. I submitted my request on the website and within few minutes received response and a copy of my test result. I was happy with the timely response to my request and support from the clinic.

Used on a number of occasions, excellent professional, cheap and prompt.

Very prompt and professional, the test results came back in two days. The call centre is functional and you do not have to wait long in case you get stuck in registering the kit etc

Took roughly 3.5 days before I got the result despite A1lab claiming it was stuck with Royal Mail even though tracking showed it was delivered.

Businees trip ruined. Never use this service.

I ordered a day 2 pcr test. When I booked the delivery I accidentally enter the day I was arriving in the UK. While traveling I received an email from the courier and I asked to leave my parcel in the hall which they did. I much appreciated it because I got home at 1am. I did the test yesterday and I already got my result.
That was very quick, thank you!! I used a priority delivery to ship the parcel and I did it before 12. I think it helped. Thank you very much!!! In case I need, I'll use you again!!

Definitely a 5-star experience. I had some issues with the barcode, and I emailed them about it. I got an immediate response from the lab, saying that they'll activate the kit manually. Long story short, excellent experience.

PCR test caught Friday 7th pm mail.
My Wife's result (negative) was received Saturday pm - really good service (5 star)
Tues am and I AM STILL WAITING for my result (not 5 star)
HOWEVER, all previous experience with A1 has been exemplary (5 star)

I ordered my Day 2 PCR before coming down to UK but unfortunately couldn't deliver to my abode and I have to pick it up at Co-op, that cost me extra. The result came out faster than expected as it seems that they work through weekend. Their was an error initially but was quickly rectified. I appreciate that.

My husband and I booked/ordered our Day 2 Covid home test with A1lab; we received a confirmation email straightaway and the whole procedure was efficient and easy. The tests were sent in time, and the results were delievered within two days. I had trouble to download my test result, but once contacted A1lab they replied to me immediatly. I would recommend this company for testing.

Ordering was quick and straightforward but there was a day's delay in receiving the kit - probably due to the Christmas holidays. Instructions were clear. Results were provided promptly with timely and effective support when I had an access issue. Would definitely use this service again

I booked day 2 covid test for my children and I. Very easy to book and the results were send the next.

I ordered 2 Day 2 PCR tests on Dec 11th, for an arrival date in Northern Ireland of Dec 28th. The tests were apparently shipped on Dec 21st but did not arrive until Jan 4th. I got my results on Jan 6th, but my husband did not get his until today, after we were back in the US! Completely unacceptable and what a waste of $. Understandably there was delay via the Royal Mail over Christmas but these tests should have been shipped much earlier.
I give a 2 star rating, as customer sevice was at least polite and tried to be helpful when I called to inquire about our delayed tests.
Sorry I would not recommend this clinic for future testing.

I booked my Day 2 Covid test with A1lab after travelling back from Turkey after Christmas. It was easy to book; I received a confirmation email straightaway and the whole procedure was efficient, quick and easy. The test was done in a building in Burnley near where I live so was easily accessible for me. The whole experience was positive (my test was negative!), the staff friendly and efficient and I received the results the next day. The cost was very reasonable at £15 and I would recommend this company for testing.
