Very happy with this service. Was concerned about delay in getting results but after emailing them found out that PCR test kit was still in transit due to Royal Mail New Year holidays. On their receipt of test kit received results within 24 hours. Excellent.

Got the delivery on time and the result quickly within 24 hours even though the original turnaround time was 72

Post my test on the 1st January and only today 8 January received results at 6 pm. What is I would have a work to go to? That would a an issue . Not reliable provider.

Sent the swab on Wednesday and received the results on Friday. Quite happy.

Booked a 2 day PCR costing £47 on my return from Italy. Sent sample off priority 24hr Royal Mail on Sunday 2nd Jan. Contacted them by email on Thursday as I hadn't received my result yet, and nobody even bothered to respond.
My negative certificate has just been emailed to me at 4.30pm today (Friday 7th Jan) with no apology for the delay. It is 2 days late, and I have had to self isolate unnecessarily.
I started back at work this week and have been unable to go into the office which has caused issues.
I am very angry!!
This site was on the NHS website as one of the verified and checked companies. Who is policing this fraud???
What a disgusting end to a nice holiday. It was easier to get a test in Italy !! This is a total joke !!
I will not be happy until I have had a full refund :(
Please beware when ordering tests, and don't use this company, also listed as Allhealthcare.

Sent my test off on Wed and had an email on Friday with the result. Couldn't ask for better than that.

after SEVEN DAYS still waiting for test results, this is fraud. Have they gone bust? no response to emails and only a premium phone number.
I complained to UK government as they listed them as providers meeting the day 2 pcr standard on gov. UK website. the link is Under feedback beside the list of approved covid testers.
UK Governemt response said I'm due a full refund, website advertised result is 24-48 hours. seven days and waiting is a scam. Partner has been unable to go to work as results are 5+ days overdue so lost a fortune

Not happy had result back after 6 days on a 7 days trip

Very poor service. Ordered kit over a week before arrival to UK. Until now never arrived. Had to take another test and spend extra money. I am highly NOT recommending this company. They also not responding for emails.

Absolutely disgusting service do not , conning people out of lots of money, they are a joke avoid at all costs.
