Sam came in to service our boiler and I cannot fault our experience with him. Lovely engineer with great customer service skills. Can't recommend him enough!

James serviced my boiler today, he did a fantastic job and he also is a pleasure to be around. I will definitely recommend him and I will be using him within the future.

My father had his boiler serviced yesterday by James and he done a great job, explained everything to my dad and took the time to listen to the issue he was having. Will ask for absolute again 5 star service.

Had Boiler Serviced. Sam their Engineer called to let us know he was 5 Minutes away. Very professional in the way he did the service, explained the results of tests and again explained what work he had carried out. Offered advice on issues that we had with other parts of the system.

I had no hot water last week, an engineer called Sam from absolute Heating came found the issue and fitted me a new diverter valve.
Very impressed.

Can not thank this company enough they was sent by my boiler insurance provider on an emergency call out as water was pouring though my ceiling from my boiler. Amy from there call centre arranged everything and arranged for the engineer to attend. James was sent out who was able to fix my boiler with parts off his van he spent 2 hours working on my boiler and got it working better then it was before. Top notch service definitely would recommend

Great company I had absolute heating out to a leak on my heating pipe. They was sent by my insurance company. The engineer was very polite and explained everything to me. He was able to stop the leak and even checked the boiler over and found a leak inside the boiler as well so was able to order the parts for this. The company rang me within an hour of the visit to book back in. The lady I spoke to was fantastic. They sent the same engineer back who fixed the boiler within minutes and had my heating and hot water working in no time I believe his name was Jay. Would highly recommend this company

Avoid this company if you can help it! We had to use them as they were subcontracted through an insurance policy but they have caused more damage!!
We now have a leak in our ceiling caused by an incompetent engineer, we are almost £100 out of pocket for a part that did not even fix the boiler and we have been without heating or hot water for over a week.
The leak caused damage to the kitchen and has broken an electrical device and the company showed no compassion when leaving us with no working boiler.
In the end, I had to resort to purchasing a new boiler and accept the money and time wasted with Absolute Heating. Really disappointed by the whole experience but especially with our initial engineer.
The only good thing I have to say is the second engineer was more compassionate and at least tried to help fix the boiler. He also fixed the leak the initial engineer caused.
Having read the reviews from other people on this company, I am not surprised at the poor service we received.

Recently used Absolute Heating via my AA home emergency cover. Good service once arrived, but both communication and time to arrive was poor.

I expected a call back within 2 hours and a visit same day as my issue was logged at 8am but AH took a day and a half to arrive despite me having no heating or hot water. Chased up myself and phone was ringing out with no answer.

Quick fix on arrival, but not good enough for emergencies.

If I could give no stars I would. My boiler issue started over 2 weeks ago and still wasn't fixed. They ordered the part incorrectly 3 times and we were then told we needed a new fan and pump. Got a second opinion and low and behold the engineer had put two microswitches into the boiler incorrectly. We had no hot water issue before they attended just heating and this miraculously stopped working too. A change of the switches and everything is working. Seems a bit strange doesn't it? After looking at other reviews it seems quoting for not needed parts seems common. I would avoid at all costs!!
