My purchasing experience online was all I could ask for. Response to email inquiries were swift and polite. This was my first time buying a watch online and was hesitant about making the purchase. Tamarah at Acejewelers email communications were informative and reassured me about the process. Pictures of the watch I wanted to purchase were made available for me to view on WhatsApp. The watch arrived in the United States, 2 days after ordering. Very well packaged with warranty card in new condition. I had been told prior to purchase that the watch I was buying, which was on sale, was a display model, which explained its significant discount in price. The watch looks great, in mint condition.

First, Ace Jewelers carries a unique and imaginative selection of luxury goods. They had designed a unique watch "Orion de Stijl" (in collaboration with Nomos, a very unique manufacturer). Congrats to their design team on such a unique piece - thoughtful, restrained with a hint of personality

Second, Tamarah was amazing to deal with. She was responsive, knowledgeable and went over and above to make me comfortable in ordering the piece (from North America). I appreciated her attention to details and the organizations commitment to client service (which she delivered every step of the way)

I've been meaning to write this review for a while. I was in the market for a new watch. It's not an easy watch to source, especially on a bracelet. I emailed Ace and got a timely response. Tamarah was excellent to work with. She answered all of my questions quickly. Once the watch was available it was shipped quickly to the USA. It was packaged extremely carefully, in the coffin with all of the paperwork, box etc. I love the hand written note as well. Very nice touch that adds something special to the monotonous internet transactions of today. Ace and team are fantastic!

Ace Jewelers are numero uno! My wife recently decided she wanted to surprise me for valentines day by trying to acquire a limited edition watch produced as a collaboration between Ace and Nomos. Unfortunately Ace had sold out, however - several days later we were contacted by Ace to let us know that they would like us to have their own personal numbered edition if we so desired, which they had been saving as a memorabilia. Suffice to say we were absolutely astounded by such an incredibly kind and thoughtful offer - and I am thrilled with the watch. Thank you Ace for your world-class service with a personal touch!

But no review of Ace Jewelers would be complete without a shout-out to Ace’s top notch sales manager: Tamarah.

Tamarah was an absolute pleasure to work with. I began my watch journey months ago and saw many options throughout the internet. I saw Ace Jewelers had a watch I was interested in and reached out to them via What’s App. I was impressed with the rapid response back from Tamarah. She took the time to understand all my concerns and sent pictures and video of the watch in question. She also took pictures of the box and accompanying documents. I had many questions, which she patiently and painstakingly answered. There was not a single detail of the transaction she glossed over. She patiently answered all my questions and put me at ease.

Even when I told her I might need time to explore other options she never reacted negatively. She was kind and understanding. This was a major clue, she was confident enough in her product and her store to know the customer will come back. And come back I did. When I came back she remembered me and we quickly worked to close the sale. We did a video conference where she showed me the watch live. I then confirmed with her all the details regarding customs (e.g. how to value the different portions of the watch movement, watch case and watch strap). She even arranged to take my payment in dollars. The shipment left the same day and arrived the next day in the United States. I paid the customs duty online to the shipping company and the very next day I received a beautifully wrapped package (including a gorgeous Ace Jeweler’s ribbon) with personalized notes from Tamarah and Team Ace. It was beautiful. The watch and box were in MINT condition with everything in order. The presentation of the box goes to show that even when they ship things thousands of miles away they want you to have that special feeling when you open it up.

Between the customer service, the attention to detail and the trust engendered I will never consider buying from another company until I first exhaust all possibilities with Team Ace. I even had the pleasure to speak with Alon, one of the owners during this process. He helped put my mind at ease because I had many additional questions and Tamarah was out of the office. Buying watches over the internet can be a risky and stressful process. At the end of the day you never know what you’re going to get. With Team Ace, you know exactly what you will get. And if something goes wrong you can be sure they will do EVERYTHING possible to fix it. You are dealing with real people who care about their reputation and their brand. They are a family business and it really shows.

I bought the Amsterdam Club. Ace was excellent to deal with. They answered emails quickly and completely. They were easy to arrange shipping and payment between three different countries. This was my first time to deal with Ace and I recommend them enthusiastically.

Now for the watch. It’s a beautiful watch and exactly what I expected. But I’ve never had an unboxing experience like this. Every aspect of it contributed to a wonderful, truly memorable experience. Pure class all the way.

As a watch collector of Swiss and UK only watches to date, this was my first foray in to either German watches, or a Dutch jeweller. Being of Dutch descent, the concept of the Ace Jewelers limited editions with Nomos struck a chord and - with an admiration for the brand of Nomos in any event - it was an easy decision to purchase this watch. The value for money is, in any event, incredible.

In terms of the watch, it is just beautiful. Versatile, comfortable to wear, visually so appealing and balances the clean, modern style of the Nomos watches with something just a little bit mysterious.

In terms of the process of ordering this watch, dealing with Ace was incredibly pleasant. They are extremely efficient, the communication is top class and the delivery was rapid. The icing on the cake was to receive the watch with various 'extras' - a handwritten note was such a nice touch, but the Amsterdam socks and Nomos notebook are very special too.

So all in all, this was a 10/10 watch purchasing experience. I doubt this is the last Nomos or Ace Jewelers have heard of me...

All customs paperwork was proper and had no issues importing the watch. Service and communication was extremely fast, pleasant, and helpful. Would definitely buy from again!
