Bought nomos limited edition from the, paid full price as advertised, they have no clue how to export watches outside EU, forms were filled out incorrectly, so a custom stop in Germany, now a long delay at USA customs, don’t know when I will get watch, my advise, stay away from these folks if u are importing outside of EU

One of the best watch buying experiences i have ever had.
The watch was delivered very fast, customer service was exceptional.
The watch was packed in a beautiful present wrap, came with a lot of giveaways, and even added an extra strap with watch. I will be buying from ACE again for sure.

Buying from Ace was a fantastic experience. They were easy to deal with and communicated quickly. I had never bought a watch from overseas before but they made the transaction easy. The watch arrived as expected, but the packaging was exceptional. The box was wrapped and tied with a ribbon and the whole presentation was excellent. Highly recommended and will purchase again from Ace!

The alligator strap from IWC was top quality, of course. The service by ACE was super, I was even contacted by phone to exclude any misunderstanding about size/length of the strap, as there was a possibility for misunderstanding due to their items posted on the web, and I admit that was indeed possible, but being careful I selected the right option, confirmed in the telecon I had with ACE.
The delivery had a flaw caused by UPS courier and I reported this to ACE, having had bad experience with them earlier. UPS dispatched the strap to a wrong distribution center causing days of delay. I informed ACE about this.
Bottomline, ACE: YES, ACE again: YES, personal approach, not the feeling you're dealing with an online shop only, they value the client, no doubt! I was very pleased with the deal.

The staff are very helpful and care. They act professional and answer daily. I definitely recommend this company.

I recently purchased a Bell & Ross watch from this Ace. Prior to the purchase, I corresponded with the company over email, and they were very helpful with completing the purchase, and answering questions that I had.

Also, they were really quick sending the watch (UPS) to me, which was nice considering that I live in Norway. By the way: the item was well protected in wrapping and gift paper.

Overall, I'm super happy with the watch and the service. I would absolutely buy from Ace again.

I live in Australia and placed an order for an aftermarket IWC OEM Watch Strap, order was fulfilled and shipped very quickly half way around the world.

Communication all the way through was superb.

The item came well packaged, and on opening had in fact been lovingly wrapped in tissue with a bow and a hand written card.
