I had my wedding band filled with diamonds at Ace and i am extremely happy with their help, customer service, professionalism and care! I have been to the store multiple times to try out different rings and styles for an eternity ring and finally decided on filling my wedding ring with diamonds. Throughout this whole process, and my visiting their store a couple of times, they were very helpful, always patient (i asked a thousand questions and tried on every ring in the store), offered to ship in different styles of rings to choose from and kept me updated via email. When i finally decided to have my wedding ring filled, Wesley helped me through it all, carefully explained the whole process and kept me informed the whole time. They met all my needs and requests, nothing was too much to ask for and they were kind and customer friendly throughout. Every time we visited we were greeted with a warm welcome by all employees.

I LOVE the end result and get so many compliments on my ring! While i am emotionally attached to my wedding band and was a little hesitant about filling it up, they exceed all expectations! I can absolutely recommend Ace to anyone, whether you buy a new piece of jewellery or need help with an existing piece of jewellery: their service, staff and professionalism is outstanding!

After visiting the store earlier this year, I was very charmed by NOMOS. Alon took all the time to answer my questions, and to explain even more. Then, during Basel, I received via WhatsApp pictures of newly introduced NOMOS models. When these came in store, they called me and reserved the models I showed interest in. And today I bought one.
All this just to illustrate the level of service you can expect from Ace Jewelers. Second purchase for me at Ace, still first class treatment. In short, I highly recommend this company!

I ordered some items and the customer service was outstanding. Emails were replied to the same day (despite the time difference - I'm in Australia), and I was kept informed and updated on the status of my order at all times (I wanted a couple of special order items). This is exactly the sort of customer service every business should strive for!

I ordered the Nomos de Stijl watch, which is a limited edition done as a collaboration of Ace Jewelers and Nomos. The watch is beautiful and the service was excellent. I was traveling, had a small time window in which to receive the watch, and was concerned about delays with customs. Ace Jewelers advised me on how to avoid delays – things went exactly as they said they would. All in all a very good experience.
