I bought my Speedmaster pro here last week. I had been looking to buy a Speedy for a long time. I informed with a couple of different stores and Ace was by far the best one. They helped me very well. They could tell me a lot about the watch and the history and they are always superfriendly and give you the time you need to decide. Although the Speedy has quit a delivery time they made sure I could have it in just two weeks. All in all I am very happy with Ace and I recommend it to everyone.

I purchased an IWC Aquatimer on December 30th, 2017. Excellent customer service. Almost no waiting time for someone to help you. Technical knowledge of the sales rep was very good. They have very good range of watch brands. I highly recommend this place.

This is my first time buying from Ace Jewellers and I must say I am very satisfied with the watch and their service from day 1. Watch was very nice packed with a Thank you card as well as a Tag Heuer baseball cap. Nice touch guys!. Communication was a breeze as well via wats app with Jenna and Tamarah. Thumbs up to all in Ace Jewellers. Will highly rexommand for those who wish to buy from them. I will definitely do business with you in future.

The wonderful team at Ace Jewellers helped me achieve a dream. I live in Australia. There is a ring that is sold by the Meister Manufactory that is only available in the UK and Europe. I spent years dreaming of being able to gift this ring to my partner.
Sadly as the ring is unavailable here, I spent a long time contacting jewellers all across the UK and Europe who might be able to help me purchase this ring. A lot of companies never even bothered to respond to my query, let alone offer me any assistance.
I heard from Jenna at Ace within a day of my initial enquiry and she answered all my questions and then some. She helped me set up a deposit to order the ring, helped me confirm ring sizes and was an absolute joy to deal with!!
I work in a retail industry where our main objective is to deliver the highest possible level of customer service, so I was absolutely delighted to find a team who shares the same values instilled in me through years of customer service. I am absolutely blown away and can not recommend the team at Ace highly enough.

What a great experience I had purchasing a watch from Ace! They were immediately responsive to all my questions and requests and shipped the piece promptly. It arrived in beautiful packaging and great condition. It also came with a number of fun extras, like an Ace baseball hat and a sleek pen, among other things.

It's always a bit scary ordering online from an overseas company. I was comforted by the TrustPilot rating and so placed an order for an Omega watch strap.

Communication was good, with an instant order confirmation and a nice follow up Email, thanking me for placing my trust with them, and confirming a lead time

The strap had to be ordered in, but was delivered by TNT within the 14 day period.

The strap is great and completely genuine.

Good service from a truly international online retailer.
