Karen Anderson (Ellon) and Stevie White for mortgage and protection were fully committed throughout process. Meeting Karen in person twice made everything feel straightforward even when applying for mortgage based on an increased salary due soon rather than basing on current salary. Karen also gave very helpful advice regarding protection cover options. Stevie although never met in person was behind the scenes pulling applications together and keeping me updated throughout. They secured the best possible monthly price for me. Excellent all round. Paula from Ellon who did the viewing of property was quick to arrange viewing, lovely in manner and followed up in getting information on all questions I asked. She also did the viewing for my mum’s home that she just loves living in now. Paula has therefore been an angel to us twice- walking us through our dream homes to be. AC also sold my property in May this year just in time for my dream property coming up. If their were 100 star option I would give!!! Solicitor Jordan and assistant Caroline from Peterhead- have had for selling and buying now- excellent- has been very simple and straightforward.
