I have been passed your e-mail from Helen in our Service Department I can see that you have requested that we put in writing that your appointment has been cancelled. As the Head of Business for Burntwood Branch I feel it best for all parties that you allow another dealership to take on your repairs and maintenance of the Kia Stonic.
This is a very unusual decision and not one I've made before but in light of your recent review and also previous reviews that you have left on review sites regarding our business, you leave me no choice.
Mr Matthew for good reviews you have to make good job.
The fact is you sell me broken car and for 9 month your team couldn't fix.
Believe me if you don't looking for problems you don't want have any connection with this company.

Great customer focus.
Very pleasant telephone manner when I rang. Understood I wanted the work done soonest and fitted me in to a mutually convenient time slot. Upon arrival received a warm friendly welcome. My car was dealt with on time, paperwork completed and I left having had a good experience.
