Excellent Experience
We were asked if we would like to look at possibly exchanging our car whilst the current one was being serviced. The service, as usual was carried out promptly and the staff were friendly and helpful as usual.
Meanwhile, we'd asked that Alex help us in considering changing car, he'd been so helpful previously. He'd already done his "homework", remembering what type of car we wanted and had options ready for us and we were able to quickly make our decision. This personal service from Alex, without any hard sell, is exactly what people want and is something to value.

Straight away made to feel comfortable and looked after.

Brilliant experience Kia Crewe
Elliot was brilliant and said he will be with us all the way through joining the scheme doing paperwork to picking up the car. He explained everything on the motorbility scheme to us and did all the paperwork necessary to register and then finalised the order for us to collect new car in March. Would highly recommend kia at Crewe.

No pressure experienced leads to a sale.
Visited between Xmas & New Year when it was quiet. Pleasantly greeted by Elliott who listened to our questions and provided plenty of great information. No pressure to leave our details with him and passed his card if we needed to contact him with any further questions.
A couple of weeks later I recontacted him asking to book a test drive. Date and times were arranged efficiently, again with what seemed like no pressure to make a purchase. I was given a car to drive for a few hours. This was an unsupervised drive and I was allowed to look at the car at my own pace. My wife had a test drive at A.C. But was only allowed a 10 minute supervised driving experience.
We’d already decided on the car, but it was the no pressure, relaxed atmosphere that made me head back to Acorn Crewe to make the purchase.
A pleasure to deal with so far.

Hi, I recently had my car in for its first service. This was done promptly almost too quickly. I was slightly disappointed to be charged for a curtesy car and I hadn’t been informed of the charge in the first place and it had low tyre pressure.
