Fantastic Experience with Acorn Kia!
I had such a brilliant experience with Acorn Kia Crewe. My dealer agent, Josh, was fantastic, so kind, helpful, and patient. He explained everything really clearly and in simple terms for my little brain, which made the whole process so easy to understand.
Everything went so smoothly. I went into the dealership on Sunday and was driving away in my brand new car by Tuesday! Super quick, efficient, and completely stress-free.
Couldn’t recommend the group enough (and Josh especially!) enough. Thank you for making the whole experience such a positive one!

Professional, courteous and responsive
From the time that we rang Acorn (Crewe) to reserve our car purchase to the time we collected the car from Acorn, our experience has been great. They have been very professional, courteous and responsive throughout. They wanted to make the customer experience enjoyable and succeeded at that. They picked us up from the train station when we went to pick up the car. Emails were responded to promptly with useful information. Calls were always answered. The interaction with the sales team was friendly and effective. Issues that arose on the day were sorted out without any fuss.
