I had to take the car back as the rear…
I had to take the car back as the rear bumper was touching the boot since having a towbar fitted by the main dealer, not enough had been cut out during installation which meant having to book a day off to take it back. Advised complimentary wash and vac, wash yes but left it streaky, vac, certainly not hovered. But at least car now fixed which is the main thing

Hannah was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble, she made us feel welcome and valued. We test drove a car a couple of times which wasn’t an issue, the whole process of test driving and ordering couldn’t have been faster or easier. Fantastic service
Fantastic service from walking into showroom looking at changing car till leaving with deal being done. Cannot fault Kia Crewe. One little hiccup but that was explained throughly to me why collection would be delayed by a couple of days. Have been coming to this garage for a long time and have been looked after on every visit, wether to buy or service would give 10 stars if I could.

Acorn Kia Crewe, Excellent customer service. We have just purchased a Kia Sportage and I have to say a big thank you to Elliot, part of the sales team. He was professional and so helpful from start to finish. Everything was explained without any pressure or being rushed. Walking into the sales room the atmosphere was great with a good morning and a smile. It was relaxed and so friendly, you were made to feel like part of the family. Elliot was so helpful from showing me round the car, to explaining how everything works even helping to see if the dog crate fits brilliant customer service. After purchase a simple phone call the day after, just checking everything was OK. I wanted my private registration number on the car and Elliot helped me though the whole process to make this happen. I would definitely recommend Acorn Kia, Crewe. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service I received. Last thing to add, the car is amazing.

The best and most stress free experience we have ever had, no pressure selling, everything was easy and relaxed. The main thing was our experience with sales assistant Holly, she is brilliant and obviously a great asset to the Kia company , such a lovely person, she is a gem!
