I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. The lady who looked after us was called Julie she was absolutely lovely — so kind, caring, and understanding. She took her time, listened to my needs, and made sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout the whole process. Nothing felt rushed, and she explained everything clearly. Fast friendly & no mucking about
I walked into the showroom at St Helens Kia and had a chat with Jack Smee who was really friendly and helpful and within an hour I had bought the car I wanted.

Had already decided to purchase a kia car as my car was nearly 18 years old.
Purchased an ex demo car happy with car .
Did lose out on some extras that came with a new car but saved a few thousand pounds.
The sales process was easy and was kept up to date with video presentations of my new car.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience. I really appreciated that I didn't feel at all 'sold to'. I just had a good discussion with Jack and he answered my questions and helped me explore options. The service was amazing, he even came in on his day off to handover my new car on a day that best suited me. Lovely people and great service all round.
