Good technicians
Having recently taken my car here for servicing and MOT, I was pleased with the service from the technicians and the health check video which flagged up a dangerous tyre which I couldn't have known about as it was on the interior.
What isn't pleasing is the lack of communication from the service desk despite their promises they will ring you when your car is ready. As someone previously has mentioned about not being able to get through on the phone I too tried this and my call was sent to a mail box and nobody called back. There is obviously a problem with lack of staff, one person cannot do everything.

Kerry on the service desk was efficient, professional and friendly. She rang me when there was a problem getting the Kia parts and discussed with me available options to get my repair done quickly. the mechanic rang me to discuss and confirm my repair as planned. Alternative none Kia parts were sourced and the repair was completed the same day it was booked in for. My car was also booked in for an MOT the same day. This was done following the repair and it passed!
My car was cleaned for me prior to collection.
I would definitely recommend Acorn Kia due to their excellent customer service

Gary was great, he showed me the car, answered any questions I had and helped me through the purchase process.
He offered the extras that are available to me, when it to comes to protecting the car and was happy to deliver the car to my address on the day I wanted.
