I attended Kia following early notification that I could swop my car. I booked online with Julie whom I have had dealings with over many years. Julie was super helpful and honest. She’s not pushy and doesn’t put you under any pressure at all. I know Julie well now and she gives honest and transparent guidance. She’s was great and I was successful in getting the car I wanted. Julie’s communication was great from confirming the booking and all through the appointment. I know I can be honest with with costs and products with no judgement. Great company with great cars.

Car got recalled to fix an issue
Car got recalled to fix an issue, after which gearbox is missing gears, 1, 3 and 5 not found (Automatic) Took it back and after charging us £437 to diagnose the issue they don't know what it is, but they are quite happy to quote us another £700 to have a look at the gearbox, but no promises. Absolute joke of a place, my advice, take your car else where. They are certainly showing the brand in a very bad light.

Julie was extremely helpful with finding us the right car and deal for our family. Every one welcomed us in with a smile and there were plenty of cars to look at. We were even taken to a unit to see the actual car we purchased and we were able to choose from a selection of licence plates.

Acorn St Helens 5 star for sure!
Gary Ashbrook and the manager of Acorn St Helens really looked after me and went out of their way to sort a new PCP for me.
Gary worked around me only being able to email most of the time due to work, and always let me know if we needed to call and gave me his availability ahead of time. He kept me updated throughout.
At the handover Gary went through everything needed and called a few days after to ensure I was happy with my new car, which I am. He had also put £20 of petrol in the car which was appreciated as the previous dealership (Chapelhouse) left me with 3 miles in the car at handover. All of the staff I met were friendly and we were able to sit with a coffee or some water in the waiting area. An excellent experience and I will definitely be returning in a few years time!
