Very friendly and professional service. From the very beginning when I reserved the car via Autotrader, there was great communication from the team and I had great experience with Mike L. (The Handsome Mike) 😁 who talked me through all my options and provided help when I needed it. He explained all the documents in great detail so I understand what I’m signing. The place itself looks very professional and all staff that I was introduced to (ie. service team) was very friendly and helpful.

I took my car for a diagnostic test to…
I took my car for a diagnostic test to Acorn, St Helens, it needed a part so i re-booked. The part was fitted a couple of weeks later but the same problem happened as i was driving home. I contacted ACORN on my return home and spoke to Peter (Service Manager). He rebooked my car in to check it over again. I was given a courtesy car for the day. My experience in dealing with Peter was amazing. He explained everything. He even took me on a test run with the courtesy car as i had never driven an automatic car!. I picked my car up next morning where i spoke to Peter again. He assured me that after many checks my car was fine. Peter is a lovely chap, professional and understanding. Nothing was too much for him. I feel he went above and beyond; a rarity in this day and age! Thank you Peter.

Great experience from start to finish
I had a fantastic experience working with Mike at the dealership. From the start, he was pleasant, polite, and easy to talk to. We even discovered we had a few interests in common, which made the whole process more enjoyable and relaxed.
The test drive went smoothly, and Mike made sure we had all the time and information we needed to feel confident. The car itself is perfect for our needs—plenty of space, especially for our large dog Bruce, who will definitely appreciate the extra room on road trips. Bruce was also invited to come to the dealership when we took the car home, which was a lovely little bonus for us all.
Overall, Mike made what can sometimes be a stressful experience into a genuinely positive one. Highly recommend working with him!
