Painless visit
Painless visit. Just handed over my keys, went to get a cup of hot chocolate, sat down in the customer area and completed a crossword. Then, out of nowhere, along came a wonderful receptionist to tell me all was complete and an engineer was bringing my car around to the front for me. One hour - fantastic experience.
I wish the local health centre was as good!

Fantastic experience with Acorn Kia St Helens branch!
We had been in the market for a new car and had stumbled across a Kia Xceed which was the perfect size for us (and a baby on the way) so we went and had a look and got talking with Vicki who was extremely helpful with explaining everything and got the ball rolling with getting our new car!
We part exchanged our MG3 which was a massive loss from what we had paid for it just 11 months prior but that is what it is!
We picked the Xceed up on the 18th of Feb and had an issue with the tyres not being aligned correctly so I called Vicki and she got this sorted the very next day, and also loaned me her personal car so we didn’t have to wait around and also put some extra petrol in the Xceed which I did appreciate considering the situation.
Overall a fantastic experience and I really love our new car and hope to continue with the great aftercare going forward.

Outstanding experience
I could not recommend the garage enough.
Gary has been fantastic from the beginning. He has helped us find a fantastic car and what I asked for to the tee! He even managed to find it cheaper than what I had presented to him. The service was second to none I would recommend Kia Acorn and Gary to anyone.

This is not my normal garage and my car…
This is not my normal garage and my car was recalled for a fault. My normal garage ceased trading Kia without notifying their customers. Acorn was the nearest to my location. On contacting Acorn the reception staff were so friendly, helpful and professional and arranged for the work. They explained that I could wait and facilities would be available. On arrival the reception staff were so efficient and explained everything. The work was done in the time frame and it now means they will get my future business despite the distance well done Acorn

Recently brought my car from acorn motors . Mike Loyden was the sales person we met when arriving , he was very welcoming and made us feel there was no pressure to buy . Answered all our questions honestly.

Booked car in for service
Booked car in for service, MOT and couple of repairs needed. Dropped it off on the way to work then picked it back up on the way home. Hassle free service provided. Car also came back cleaner than it went so added bonus.
I would recommend this branch to anyone and I will definitely continue to use them.
