I had an amazing experience buying my 2025 MG ZS Hybrid from Acorn MG, and a huge part of that was down to Charlie. From the very start, she was absolutely brilliant, incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely lovely to deal with.
Charlie made the whole process feel easy and comfortable, never pushy, just really focused on helping me find the right car for me. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident and happy with my decision.
She was so warm, welcoming, and approachable that we even ended up making her a homemade cheese pie as a thank you.

During our visit Chloe and the team were professional, friendly and happy to help us out. So much so that both myself and my partner walked away with a new car each. Dean phoned me to let me know I would…
Dean phoned me to let me know I would be able to swap my car for a newer model. He was very accommodating and helpful. I was able to test drive a couple of cars and drive them home to show my family.
I initially asked for the car to be in black, but due to no supply they were able to offer me an alternative which was better than the original.
The lady on the service desk was also very helpful and was able to quickly swap my plan to the new one.
