Very happy with the service I received at the service centre . Car was booked in for MOT and service.. All work completed, some extra work required to get it through the MOT but great Comms at every stage of this too and all works completed on the same day and very reasonable cost... Very pleased. Car cleaned and hoovered too!

Great family run car retail group
From enquiry to purchase Charlie was polite, friendly and a joy to do business with. Charlie is great communicator and has the ability to save a sale with her knowledgeable but common sense approach. Even when faced a challenging customer.
From a handover stand point more related to Acorn senior management, yes paper free is the way to go, but make it quicker!
Over an hour for a handover isnt progress when with paper you can be done and away within 20 mins. Please invest in an electronic pad & stylus for signatures. Signing your life away with a mouse is awful. In fairness, Charlie did offer me the option of wet signatures but I hadn't realised the paperless version would be so clunky.
Other than that no complaints and would use this family run garage group again. Many thanks Charlie

I was due an upgrade of my Suzuki…
I was due an upgrade of my Suzuki Swift, I wasn’t sure whether to get an upgraded new Suzuki or go for one of the new MG’s. Chloe was super helpful, we went through both options and it worked out I was getting more for my money by going with an MG3, we gave it a test drive and I loved it! Been driving it for 5 days now and I’m so glad I went for the MG, it’s an absolutely gorgeous car and so nice to drive.
