Chloe dealt with my sale enquiry at the garage and was very helpful, approachable and informative of all the information that was required for a part exchange enquiry. She didn’t rush me nor try to push any added extras with the car sale. A very pleasant afternoon visit with a positive outcome after I had visited other car dealership garages without this level of friendliness, honesty and informative of details of a part exchange deal. Would recommend Acorn Crewe to people looking for a new car.

Bit of an unusual one this but had to review these guys. Found a really well priced car on their website, mg crewe. Enquired and arranged a deal. Dealt with Dean who was so friendly and professional. No hard sell just listened to what I needed. Even arranged delivery as I lived 4 hours away. All was fine until I unexpectedly was unable to go ahead with the deal. This is where you would normally see a change in their customer service. Not a bit of it. Dean was so understanding and refunded my deposit. Rare to experience such customer service and I will be back to purchase in the future.

Our experience
Relaxed environment, no pressure, could answer all our questions. We were given plenty of time to wander round and look at different cars so we had all the necessary info before we made a decision. We decided on MG3 hybrid which we purchased. Chloe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car. We would definitely recommend this garage.

Booked on line really easy and informative. Dropped the vehicle off as arranged staff very helpful keeping me updated through out the process. No issues found with the vehicle which I collected. It was great to see it had been washed and hoovered.
