There was no pressure sales rep following us we had had a good look round but couldn't see anything a rep came to us to see if he could help we explained that we wanted a certain make of car but it must be automatic and red he guided us to the car we were looking for so we bought it we thought we got a good deal and was happy with it ❤️ happy days satisfied customer.

Because of Carwow I came to Acorn MG to look at a preregistered MG ZS, on collection day I noticed a scratch on front bumper and a scratch dent on passenger door, Dean the car rep said he will get it sorted on Friday for me, on Friday came to pick up the car again and noticed the bumper scratch was sorted but the dent scratch was just paint dabbed on and can clearly see the dent, told Dean and he said it’s pre registered and it’s all they can do, I didn’t realize buying a brand new pre registered car was like this. No carpets, road tax included although car wow lists all inclusive, thoroughly disappointed with the result

Salesman Dean had superb knowledge on the car, finance etc and made buying a car easy and stress free. First dealership in two days where the salesperson had shown interest and knew the car.

I was dismayed by your colleague Adam when during a phone call about a document emailed to me...I asked for a hard copy for my records only to be told acorn deal only in digital records and my request therefore must be denied I informed Adam that I have no access to a computer and I have to ask friends to send reviews such as this he was still most insistant that i can't have a hard copy....very very dissapointing that he thinks eryone has full access to and is able to use modern technology...on top of all this the issue I booked my vehicle in to have rectified is still not fixed having been told "get a new lead"....so yes a very poor service...

dropped the car off at 9:30, collected at 4:30. Limited flexibility on replacement vehicles, couldn’t have the vehicle for longer than a day. If this place is far from you then make sure you play your day around that area as that’s what I had to do.
