Excellent service and trustworthy.
The staff are so polite and helpful make you feel so respected. The service was carried out well within time allocated. They cleaned the car inside and out side. But mostly I know that the car service was carried out efficiently. Price wise they were very reasonable too.

I used the collect and drop off service…
I used the collect and drop off service from Acorn in Crewe, when my car had its second service. It was so easy to do online and I had a courtesy call the day before to inform me of a one hour timeline, and they were very prompt in collecting my car and dropping it off. I was thoroughly impressed with this service and would use it again.

Poor Aftersales Care.
Bought a second hand car from Crewe. On the day we picked it up, we were on the way home and noticed some scuff marks and a dent on the rear passenger side door of the car, which had been caused when the car was still at Acorn. We called straight away which was actually only about 1 hour after we had left. We informed Acorn of the issue and sent photographs at that time to confirm. We were advised to bring the car back the following week for the 'Dent Man' to look at it or Acorn would transfer £30 to us in order for the repair to be carried out a nearer garage. We re-confirmed that it was more than a dent and that there were scuff marks on the door and subsequently got three quotes from our nearby body shops to confirm the damage. We were again asked to bring the car back for Acorn to repair, which we did. However, the repair offered was 'buffing out' of the scuff marks and payment of £50 for the dent to be repaired at our local garage. It was raining heavily on our way home and when we got home the 'buff out' process had completely failed and we were back to square one. Obviously, we are now going to have to pay for the repair ourselves at the cost of some hundreds of pounds, which is clearly unfair. To say we feel that we have been fobbed off is a bit of an understatement.
